Stop being okay with things you really are not okay with. Stop associating being a good person with how much you're willing to suffer in silence. You can be a kind person and still say " I'm not okay with this. "
Being kind is not about being the human equivalent of a doormat.

Remember, Everyday is an opportunity to learn, grow and make progress then why are you still here? Just grab the opportunity asap.
