According to the original Constitution (Section119) the military cannot be deployed within Australia without the written approval of the Governor-General.
Once that written approval is received, the Prime Minister can call out the military!

However, Morrison introduced a change to this long-standing arrangement in 2018.

Below is the change to the law that Scott Morrison oversaw in 2018, before Covid-19 was a 'reality' (the first since 1903).

Can we really believe the lockdowns were not planned?

This law allows for troops on the streets in Australia – specifically for ‘domestic violence’ situations.
Under the Act 'Domestic violence' is vague but generally means “threats to any person’s life, health or safety, or to public health or public safety.”

These ‘call outs’ can still only be authorised by the Governor-General at the Prime Minister’s request.
However, now, once the ‘call out’ is approved, various ‘authorising ministers’ can call out the troops even if there is only a hint that a threat ‘might’ occur!

Scott Morrison has shown his true colours. No democratic nation would EVER pass a bill like this.

This is the law about foreign soldiers deployed on Australian soil (remember the Melbourne protests?)...

Morrison is wanting Defence Reservists plus others to be deployed for ‘civil emergencies’!
This new law gives them the right to use force on Australians and provides absolution and protection from any prosecutions resulting from their actions.

“Protected persons afforded this immunity can include Defence Force personnel and approved Australian public service and Commonwealth employees, as well as – get this – sanctioned foreign defence force personnel and approved overseas law enforcement officers.”


Knowing they could be called out for ‘public health’ issues – with the authority to shoot dissenters – is beyond horrific. But, that is Morrison...


HOWEVER - Constitutional and military law experts addressed the Senate claiming the bill was unconstitutional.
Consequently, ex-attorney-general Christian Porter added an amendment to ensure that “Peaceful protests, industrial action or civil disobedience would not fall within the definition of ‘domestic violence’.”

Porter’s amendment appears to have taken the 'teeth' out of that bill...

So...that’s what has begun!
In NSW this (APRIL 22) month...

On 1 April, 2022 NSW (Perrottet) rushed through a new bill outlawing the use of roads for public demonstrations!
This is a huge breach of our constitutional rights!
