Income & Expenditure Report for my time at camp

Convoy to Canberra
I arrived in Canberra on Monday 31/1/22, and meet the organisers, I identified that Jim needed assistance with the Go Fund Me communication.
I did not attend on Tuesday – It was a work day
Wednesday 2 February 2022 - I sent an email to Go Fund me, answering questions that needed responses. One of the questions that they needed clarity on was where to transfer the funds. I had a trust account that I offered the use of, but thankfully Go Fund Me refunded all monies and it was not needed. I had a couple of people who had collected monies and they wanted a place to transfer to. In total the amount of $4782.11 was deposited.
Thursday 3 February 2022 - I started dealing with the cash donations coming in and counted bags of cash donations dated 1st, 2nd & 3rd February that were being held by Jim and his wife in their truck. The receipts for all payments that had been made by the team were then collated in a spreadsheet.
Friday 4 February was the day that the police raided and the first camp was closed. I waited with Jim Greers wife as they were doing the search of their vehicle. All monies were being held in the truck, and I needed to get the money released by the police. From this moment forward until I left of the 8th February, I kept all funds with me.
Saturday 5 February – This was our first main march into Parliament House, there was very limited time at camp collecting monies
Sunday 6 February – Was a huge day with $13,139 collected in the one white donation bucket. I put a call out to the people for a new team to replace me as I had to leave to go back home.
Monday 7 February – All donation from this day forward were recorded by the new team (Luke, Cathy and Catherine) I did a handover of $11,299.53 and detailed the way I had been dealing with income & expenditure.
Tuesday 8 February – I flew home to Brisbane, leaving Epic Camp at 10.30am
Friday 11 February, I flew back down to Canberra
Saturday 12 February – was the main demonstration Rally day – had a quick catch up with Luke in the morning and then we all headed into Glebe Park
Sunday 13 February – Went into Epic at 10am and was confronted by a very angry woman who abused us and also gave details on what had transpired the night before – The raising of money to purchase land. I advised that it was the first I had heard of it and that it was a ‘hair brain scheme’ as what entity was purchasing, how much was raised and then how do you purchase land in Canberra, settle and get permits for camping within days. Jim Greer came into the room just after this & I asked him what had happened, was money raised and if so where was it. He then advised that he had a white bucket that they had raised $13,000. I told him that he needed to bring it to us to count ASAP, he then advised that he didn’t know where it was and that he had left it on the table outside the office area, as we were not on site. I have 4 witnesses to this conversation, where Jim was advised to get the bucket as it was the people’s money and hand it in to be counted. An hour or so later Jim found the white bucket and gave it to Luke who then gave it to me to count. I counted the monies in the bucket – there was approx. $1,100 in the bucket. That afternoon I received a phone call from Dave Guru asking about the monies and accusing us of stealing. I told him what I thought of the ridiculous scheme that they had conjured up and explained the faults in their concept. When I then explained that the funds in the bucket were seriously lacking compared to the amount that Jim Greer had stated, Dave then said that Jim had got it wrong that there was only $1300 not $13,000 as stipulated.
Monday 14 February – Final day in Canberra, I spent my morning trying to find all Chef James Hire Equipment at Cotter Camp Ground where we had been staying, I then went to Barlens and paid in cash for the hire of kitchen equipment from cash, which I then handed to Luke with the email of the receipt for him to account for. We drove home leaving Canberra at 3pm

Since leaving Canberrra, there have been many accusations flying around that monies have gone missing. I can provide receipts and counts for all monies that I dealt with personally. I’m extremely disappointed with the behaviour of some of the organisers’ and have now made a formal complaint with the AFP.
I went down as a mum from Qld who was there to stand for her children’s future, I saw a need for transparency and I stepped in to assist, to be now touted as dishonest is not what I wanted or thought would occur. I felt such honour to be apart of this newly formed community and I new that we were all there to step up and help each other the best way we could.
I saw a video that was posted by Jim Greer who is now stating that there were also 2 cardboard boxes that were fill to the brim with large notes. This was never disclosed to us. My question to the organisers – Where is this money that was not disclosed to anyone?
I have been in contact with Luke who was as Camp Caloola and who continued using the funds that had been raised to feed and provide for the people at multiple camp sites around Canberra.
I have just received all his receipts and I will be doing his Income & Expenditure Report, then a combined one that encompasses the entirety of the event.
As this was the people’s movement we report to the people, an interview has been scheduled with the Rural Rebel in the next few weeks

Update on Peter Little:
Reposted with permission from Lyn. Many people know Peter Little is and many were seeking an update on him...

I Lyn Bennetts spoke to Peter Little on Saturday the 5th of March, Peter personally told me “l am in great spirits, this place is like a palace and l am getting great food”, he then passed me onto Sue who has been visiting him personally. Sue and her husband went to old Parliament House and retrieved Peter’s car which Peter had broken the window of on the night he made his last video. The police took him into custody questioning him on breaking into his car but Peter didn’t have any ID on him, the police then took Peter to the Canberra Hospital because of his confused state of mind.
Lucinda is his room mate, she had locked the car to ensure it’s security, Peter had lost his phone and therefore they weren’t able to contact each other and they didn’t know where the other one was.
l rang Lucinda today and she is of the understanding that Peter is okay, Sue is keeping us informed but l am sure that if Peter didn’t want to be there he would have told me when l was on the phone to him, he said his room goes out into the garden and he also had a swim that day (Saturday)
We have a team of people looking out for Peter Little on the ground in Canberra and family ties in Melbourne who are also in contact with the hospital.
We ask that people stop calling the hospital as it is making it extremely hard to get in to physically see Peter with everyone calling the hospital, they had to turn the phones off to the Low Dependency Psych Ward due to the flood of calls.
Please stop calling Peter as we need our people to be able to keep an eye on him, while Peter appreciates all the concern for his welfare he is okay.
