One thing I have learnt from the last couple of years is that when I am calm about the situations that are going on around me, I have much better clarity to think things through and come up with solutions.

I can deal with things easily.
I can breathe at least.
I can sit quietly and think about what will I do next
Having a quiet and calm mind is the best thing for you during crazy situations that we find ourselves in.

Always remember to breathe (of course by not wearing a mask) because you need to take in the oxygen and fresh air around you.

Hydrate often. Listen to your intuition as it will guide you. It knows what you need to do. Listen to that little voice within.
