Day 4 of Trial
We entered the court at 10am to hear the CDPP response to Robert Size’s application to Stay the trial permanently.
The CDPP was not able to respond to Mr Size’s application because they had not received instruction from the Director of the CDPP
Again the matter was stood down while the advice was awaited
The defendants adjourned to the pub and returned to court at 2 pm.
Mr Justin Hannebery KC began immediately with a motion of discontinuance for Counts 1 & 2 (section 42 conspiracy charges) for the grandmother AG , Patrick O’Dea and Dr Russell Pridgeon.
The defendants were to be discharged.
And in a moment it was all over;
the trial was finished!
Dr Pridgeon dropped to his knees immediately to give thanks and the judge HH Lourey J began to scream “get out, get out, get out “ and continued until the defendants left the court.
Mr Size appeared to rise and Her Honour continued screaming at him as he left the court.
It wasn’t until the defendants left the courtroom that they were able to reflect upon the magnitude of Mr Size’s achievement.
This investigation and prosecution had been going for ?5 years before the arrests in October 2018. And for 5.5 years after the arrests with strict Bail conditions including gps ankle trackers.
This must have cost the tax payers tens of millions of dollars.
The prosecution was a farce and the 3 defendants had been able to whittle back the charges one by one using the superior legal arguments brought by Graeme Bell and others, with Pastor Paul ably assisting.
A special mention should be made about Serene Teffaha, an exceptionally courageous and pro-active solicitor who represented the grandmother AG pro bono.
She stood against the corrupt practices that she saw before her, and was maliciously disbarred by the Victoria Legal Services Board after a complaint by magistrate Anthony Gett.
She paid a terrible price for her courage and integrity.
It is uncertain how many barristers and solicitors have been involved with the Operation Noetic prosecution but none of them brought applications that caused their clients charges to be dropped. Yet Graeme and Paul and another unqualified person were able to get 5 out of the 7 charges faced by Dr Russell Pridgeon dropped by extraordinary efforts and the legal mind of Graeme Bell, a legal savant. The other defendants charges were dropped because of this.
They never gave up, they fought everything down to the wire, and never gave an inch.
Against this background, Mr Robert Size, a young man, acting for Dr Pridgeon pro bono, (an astonishing act of generosity giving weeks of his time before the trial and committing himself to a 4-5 week trial), showed us all how a defence should be planned and run. His level of organisation, his diligent reading of the largest brief in Australian legal history, his strategic planning of how he was to run this highly unusual case, and his superb knowledge and understanding of the law, gained by working with the finest legal minds in Australia was an object lesson in excellent legal practice.
He awoke on the morning of day 3 of the trial with an idea, and sat down to write the legal arguments out in a sitting.
In 3 paragraphs of concise, elegant and compelling legal arguments which he presented in a few minutes he destroyed the largest criminal case in Australian legal history.
Very few Barristers, no matter how gifted, manage a feat like this.
The defendants and their supporters recognised his merits as soon as they met him and held him in a kind of awe.

It isn't the benign concept of a 'strike' to which we are opposed but the aggression and tactics observable in the proposition of this recent one.
Some of the violent language used in a video, released, inciting this 'strike', includes:

It is the 'literally' that will literally be used against those advocating for such aggression.
To become 'ungovernable' is to invite State of Emergency powers be brought down upon us all!
An obvious state of affairs and predictable.
People need to be smarter than to utter such madness!
Our purposes are peaceful, and our pathways constructive, our strategy lawful and intelligent.
This does not mean we are not strong or committed (our results speak for themselves), but it does mean that we articulate our proposed strategies with intelligence and poise.
Thus we cannot agree, tacitly or otherwise, to the violent 'strikes' incited by other groups, their leaders, or the persons within.
We ask you revisit your advocacy for this type of ideology (eg: rioting), if such has been articulated (e.g: intentions of violence).
If you have voiced (including video), or published, such intent (unintentionally or otherwise), we recommend you at least release a very public statement articulating (unmistakably and unambiguously) your preference for peaceful solution and rejection of violence.

A new class of “encrypted RNA” vaccines are being developed where the RNA would piggyback onto an existing wild virus and spread from person to person without any person’s knowledge or consent. Although this may sound like science fiction, it is far from it. Two companies involved in this research have received millions of dollars from the federal government. A study using this technology on hamsters and the SARS-Cov-2 virus has already been completed and a Phase I trial on humans is in the works. ICAN’s attorneys have already sent legal demands to all government agencies involved.
It seems the government and the military are so enthused about this new vaccine deployment technology that Congress tucked a law, the PREVENT Pandemics Act, into the 2023 omnibus appropriations bill to facilitate it. Among other things, the Act has a section dedicated to Platform Technologies that supports the “development and review of new treatments and countermeasures that use cutting-edge, adaptable platform technologies that can be incorporated or used in more than one drug or biological product.”
This Act will also be used to fund a new HHS government agency called ARPA-H (Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health), which was created in 2023 to “take big technical risks that can spark new biomedical breakthroughs” and “revolutionize the detections, diagnosis, mitigation, prevention, treatment and cure of diseases and health conditions.” Both former NIH Director Francis Collins and HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra supported the agency’s creation, and Collins described his vision for ARPA-H as “a DARPA-like culture at NIH.”
This so-called “therapy” uses a technology called TIPs (Therapeutic Interfering Particles), which are described as “engineered molecular parasites” that piggyback on a wild virus. If you get the virus, you also get these parasites. Once inside an infected person, the TIPs are supposed to rapidly multiply, hijacking the resources the wild virus needs to multiply and therefore stopping the virus.
Supporters of this technology claim it will “solve” several problems with traditional vaccine delivery, including “behavior barriers” like noncompliance.
Meaning everyone gets vaccinated—whether they like it or not‼️
One of the companies developing this technology is Autonomous Therapeutics, led by Dr. Ariel Weinberger. Autonomous has received over $15 million in federal government contracts and grants, including an ongoing $4.58 million award from DARPA (a Department of Defense agency) for “A Rapid-Response Platform to Develop & Deliver TIPs Against Respiratory Viral Threats, Including MERS-CoV” and a $3 million contract from DARPA for “New Platform Technologies for Viral and Therapeutic Evolution Assays” that was completed in 2022. Dr. Timothy Notton is the Chief Scientific Officer at Autonomous and his bio references his work on “automated screening platforms (inhalable) LNP delivery platforms.”
In a recent article, Ariel gushes:

ICAN is also keeping a close eye on a new COVID-19 nasal vaccine, called CoviLiv, developed by Codagenix. It is described as “designed using the Codagenix platform technology that re-codes the genetic material of a virus – converting the virus from a disease-causing pathogen into a stable and safe, live-attenuated vaccine.” No word yet on whether they anticipate this vaccine could spread from person-to-person, but they have just received funding from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).

Is there anything more important than (drinking) water security?
Within this interview (SEE: attached), hosted on the program 'RURAL QUEENSLAND TODAY' (on the 'Resonate Broadcast Network') , we hear from Colin Boyce M.P (member for Flynn) as he describes the threat posed by the Glencore (Swiss multinational commodity trading and mining company ) subsidiary Milmerrin.
The plan, currently being considered by the QueenSland (Labor) Government, involves capturing and liquefying CO2 from the Millmerran coal-fired power station and then trucking it north to a storage well near the farming town of Moonie, about 400 kilometres west of Brisbane.
🪱The government's permission (of toxification of natural waters) is perpetrated under the name of 'SAFEGUARDS' for 'DECARBONIZATION'. 🪱
‼️Boyce, tells us that Milmerrin aims to inject 330,00 tons into the Great Artesian Basin‼️
Glencore subsidiary Carbon Transport and Storage Corporation (CTSCo) is also aiming to inject up to 110,000 tonnes of CO2 per year into the Precipice Sandstone, a groundwater formation in the basin, which is about 2,300 metres underground.
A Glencore (Milmerrin) spokesperson🪱 said,
"With no predicted impacts on existing or future groundwater users, CTSCo consider the proposed injection testing project to be viable".
"The project has now been independently reviewed by the Independent Expert Scientific Committee, Office of Groundwater Impact Assessment (OGIA) and CSIRO as part of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process."
Mining companies traditionally deny the coincidence of local environmental destruction (sickening or death of life [including human]), as they use puppet scientific bodies and politicians to permit their devastation.
It is has been reported that under Tony Abbot's tenure as Prime Minister the C.S.I.R.O was subject to a 'hatchet job' (losing 2/3rds of specific scientists) as mining industry representatives were installed.

Boyce goes on to state that, in order for the 'Trial' (seeking, what is effectively toxic waste dumped into Australia's greatest water security reserve) to succeed, the Queensland's Environmental Authority would have to be altered in favour of such dumping practices.
If successful this type of 'CARBON CAPTURE' would set precedent for similar practices to be adopted by polluters and dumpers across Q.L.D (then Australia), JEOPARDISING ALL (DRINKING) WATER SOURCES‼️

Meanwhile Santos claims their Moomba project’s sole purpose is emission sequestration but will not rule out the possibility of profitable enhanced oil recovery style projects in the near future.
Exxon too is getting on the bandwagon seeking redemption with their SEA Carbon Capture Hub, claiming potentially 2 million tons a year injected into the now depleted Bream Reservoir in the Bass Strait.
This 'Hypercritical CO2 Fluid' endangers the safety and livelihood of a $13 billion AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY, including:

▪️7600 BUSINESSES
▪️120 TOWNS
This 'trial operation' is to be partially funded by the QLD government to the tune of $35 million. In 2023 Glencore’s EBITDA was $34.1 billion, smashing a previous record of $21.3 billion a year earlier, making one wonder why Queensland’s taxpayers are funding their projects at all.

💥Farmers are preparing to launch legal action against the Federal Government in a bid to force Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek to reassess mining giant Glencore’s proposal to dump carbon dioxide waste in the aquifers of the Great Artesian Basin.💥
Last year, the Nationals proposed a critical amendment to the Nature Repair Market (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2023 to protect the Great Artesian Basin from companies pumping hypercritical CO₂ into it.
However, Labor and the Greens voted the amendment down...
