Foreign states are granted immunity from jurisdiction in Australian courts under the Foreign States Immunities Act 1985

Last week I asked ASIO if they were intending to investigate the origins of Covid-19.

I also asked at what point does gain of function research become a bio-terrorism risk.

Unfortunately, ASIO was not interested in pursuing the 1st question or addressing the 2nd question.

Not only does the government not want to address these issues but it appears they actually want to cover up the details of any gain of function research in Australia:

18 families have completely lost their homes, along with 31 other buildings. It has been very hot weather over in Perth these last few days.

Many people have been evacuated from their homes and are still spending days in an evacuation centre.

Something ever so peculiar transpired in Australia over the last few weeks.

Three nationally significant events took place within the span of four days (on the 6th, 8th and 10th of November), with the first seemingly catalysing the subsequent two. Few made the connection between the three, and as the week passed, each event was bleached-and-spun within the ever-whirling media cycle. While the The Four Horsemen trampled Gaza astride thundering hooves, Australia itself was attacked. The direct impact was mere temporary inconvenience for most — but the true enduring impact was intended for our Federal Government. Our Australian Prime Minister had sought to normalise relations with CCP China, and upon achieving a diplomatic success: Optus was disconnected, and DP World was “cyber-attacked” into dysfunctional chaos.

This was sabotage — a warning.

In the past ten years in Australia, a concerning thing has happened.
Thousands of children and young people are presenting at gender clinics each year.
They’re undergoing invasive surgeries that surgically remove healthy organs; taking puberty blockers to stop their bodies’ natural maturing processes, and undergoing lifelong hormone therapy in an attempt to change themselves to a different gender.  
There has been a ten fold increase in the number of children presenting at gender clinics in the past seven years.
In countries overseas, such as the United Kingdom, Finland and Sweden, as well as many states in the United States, these treatments have either been paused or banned altogether for children and young people. 
Here in Australia though, gender clinics and doctors are charging ahead with prescribing harmful drugs to minors that won’t actually succeed in changing their sex, but will leave them with irreversible side effects. . 
Unless we take urgent action, more and more young people will find themselves regretting these treatments after it is too late. 
We know from the testimonies of ‘detransitioners’ that more and more people who undergo these treatments later regret them, once the full consequences of these treatments become clear to them. What child or teenager could actually consent to sterility and no sexual function? How could they possibly understand what that means?
You can help put a stop to this abuse of our children and young people before it’s too late, by signing this petition today to support Senator Alex Antic’s bill to ban gender treatments for underage children in Australia.
It is important that our federal politicians support this bill to protect our children and young people from any further harm.
Children are not allowed to vote, they are not allowed to buy alcohol, they can’t get tattoos, but we are telling them they can consent to permanent life altering medical procedures. 
This needs to change.

The Albanese Labor Government is providing our agencies with the resources they need 'to ensure the safety of the community' following the High Court's decision in NZYQ v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs & Anor.

The $255 million package announced today includes funding for Operation AEGIS
– the joint Australian Federal Police / Australian Border Force operation established by the Department of Home Affairs.

This includes around $150 million for the ABF to provide additional staff in:
🔲 compliance
🔲 investigations
🔲 removal and surveillance functions

Around another $88 million for the AFP including funding for regional response teams and personnel to investigate breaches of visa conditions.

This package of funding will secure the ability of agencies to ensure individuals are abiding by visa conditions that apply to them, including curfews and wearing ankle monitors, and increase capacity to bring prosecutions against those who breach conditions through expanded funding for the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
