'REASONABLE' AT LAW (N.S.W)

This
is the full document in the LibreOffice/Writer (a free version of Microsoft office 360) format.

For those wishing to learn more of law and even self-representation, familiarity with the word reasonable is essential.
This resource seeks to explore this imperative, including its derivatives, such as reasonably, reasonableness, and unreasonable.

This list is not exhaustive.
It is not legal advice.

Here, below, are some examples lifted from various works of law and legislation.
I’ve, at times, included the wider context (sections/subsections) as often these passages provide useful information in law.
This should provide an easily-read, and informative, document.

The contention of current ‘community standards/practices’ or views is influential.

Having observed the ubiquitous application, at law, of ‘reasonable’, it makes one wonder what other argument one need mount...

With strength in wisdom,
Cole the Sociologist.

🌎 What you can do to create a better world for kids 🌎

LETTER FROM ANGELA BELOW:

Since February this year I have been actively challenging sexualy explicit books for children in our public libraries.

I started with a deputation speech at my local council meeting in February. I have written to Public Library Services SA, Licencing Enforcement Branch SA, Phoned Consumer and Business Affairs and Written the the Ombudsman.

In July this year I officially challenged one book; 'Let's Talk about it' for classification. Throughout this process I have found that the majority of books held in our Public Libraries are Unclassified and Unrestricted and therefore do not have the correct consumer advice on the cover as a film or computer game would.

Over the months since I started on this campaign, I have met more and more people who also share similar concerns. The biggest question I get asked is "How can I help?"

Today I am launching a State Parliamentary Petition. I need 10,000 signatures minimum.

Please Print the Petition. Signatures must be original in Pen, no electronic signing. Once completed please post the original (no scanning and emailing)

Please post these to me by October 20th.

MICROSOFT AS AUSTRALIAN INFRASTRUCTURE.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED To KNOW ABOUT BILL GATE’S – MICROSOFT – NEW 5 BILLION Dollar INVESTMENT In AUSTRALIA – * BEWARE – BE AWARE *

IT is ALL About CLOUD COMPUTING with PREDICTIVE and LEARNING TECHNOLOGY; Plus AI, Plus GENERATIVE AI, Plus BIOMETRICS and of Course MUCH MUCH GREATER DIGITAL CONTROL

https://www.techrepublic.com/article/microsoft-invests-cloud-computing-australia/ {26.10.2023}

Microsoft plans to more than double its cloud computing capacity in Australia over the next two years and expand its support for critical national cyber security and technology skills priorities.

Fast-growing demand for cloud computing services across Australia has seen Microsoft announce the injection of AU $5 billion (US $3.2 billion) into the market – as AI Regulation Looms {https://www.reuters.com/technology/microsoft-spend-32b-australia-ai-regulation-looms-2023-10-23/ - 25.10.2023}; in a move it says will support Australia’s ability to seize the economic and productivity advantages of artificial intelligence - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/artificial-intelligence-cheat-sheet/.

Flanked by the Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at the Australian embassy in Washington, Microsoft president Brad Smith said it would also partner with the Australian Signals Directorate to boost national cyber security and invest in more local tech skills.

• What is included in Microsoft’s $5 billion investment in Australia? – https://www.techrepublic.com/article/microsoft-invests-cloud-computing-australia/#what

What is included in Microsoft’s $5 billion Australian investment?
Expanded local cloud computing capacity in Australia

Microsoft is planning to level up its hyper-scale cloud computing and AI infrastructure in Australia over the next two years by 250%. This will include the expansion of its local data centre footprint from 20 sites at present to a total of 29 sites across Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.

New cyber security partnership with the Government

Microsoft will enter a more formal and expanded partnership with the Australian Signals Directorate, to be called the Microsoft-ASD Cyber Shield.

This partnership will enhance joint capabilities to identify, prevent and respond to cyber threats, particularly nation-state cyber threats.

Building more tech skills and capabilities in Australia
An additional 300,000 Australians will be given access to the learning resources, certifications and job-seeking tools that are available as part of Microsoft’s global skills programs.

*** Microsoft is even launching a local Datacentre Academy in early 2024 with TAFE NSW - https://careers.microsoft.com/v2/global/en/datacenteracademy.html.

* This curriculum {TAFE NSW within a MICROSOFT’s Data-Centre Academy} will align with core operational roles, like data centre technicians, critical environment specialists, inventory and asset management professionals, and IT operations - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/juggling-critical-infrastructure-data-centers/ and for Hospitals, Education Systems, Medical Systems, and much much more {SCARY SHIT - 02.05.2023 – Corporation Government – ALWAYS FAILS MISERABLY and To The DETRIMENT and DEMISE of We The People !!!} *

*** What is Microsoft hoping to achieve through its investment?
Meeting the cloud computing service demand boom
Microsoft’s cloud computing expansion will meet growing demand for cloud computing services, which are expected to almost double from AU $12.2 billion (US $7.7 billion) in 2022 to AU $22.4 billion (US $14.1 billion) in 2026, according to research from International Data Corporation commissioned by Microsoft - https://news.microsoft.com/en-au/features/public-cloud-adoption-set-to-surge-in-anz-creating-multi-billion-dollar-opportunity-for-adopters-and-suppliers/ (Figure A).

MICROSOFT AS AUSTRALIAN INFRASTRUCTURE.

*** Building the infrastructure for Australia to capitalise on AI
Microsoft has said the investment will help Australia seize the new AI era’s economic and productivity opportunities.

A recent Microsoft and Tech Council of Australia report - https://news.microsoft.com/en-au/features/generative-ai-could-contribute-115-billion-annually-to-australias-economy-by-2030/ {19.07.2023 – New report highlights the significant economic and productivity opportunities of generative AI for the nation - Australia is poised to unlock tens of billions of dollars in economic value by 2030 if it accelerates the responsible adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GAI)}. This REPORT {Link Just - Directly Above} found generative AI could make an economic contribution of up to AU $115 billion (US $72.3 billion) by 2030 - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/what-is-generative-ai/ {07.08.2023 - Generative AI Defined: How it Works, Benefits and Dangers}.

*** Developing skills and capabilities to support investment potential
Microsoft argues it needs to invest in the skills and capabilities needed for success in a digital economy for it to realise the full potential of its investment. Microsoft’s investment in skills is part of a shared national commitment to fill 1.2 million tech jobs across the country by 2030.

*** Providing another ‘cyber shield’ against cyber attacks
Microsoft’s cyber security partnership is designed to combat the growing frequency and severity of cyber-attacks in Australia, including from nation-state actors. ASD’s Cyber Watch Office received more than 76,000 cybercrime reports in the 2021–22 financial year, up 13% - https://www.cyber.gov.au/about-us/reports-and-statistics/acsc-annual-cyber-threat-report-july-2021-june-2022 (Figure B).

Figure B – To See This Figure/Graph – Go Here: https://www.techrepublic.com/article/microsoft-invests-cloud-computing-australia/ {Frequency of cybercrime reports in Australia during the 2021–22 financial year. Image: ASD}

*** Why is now a good time for Microsoft to invest big in Australia?
Microsoft’s high-profile announcement, delivered together with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in Washington in October 2023, comes at a critical time for the global tech giant, which is facing challenges, including cloud computing competition and regulatory uncertainty in Australia.

*** Building cloud computing capacity amid strong competition
Microsoft Azure is one of Australia’s largest cloud service providers, alongside hyper-scaler competitors Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform. All three are expanding their footprint in Australia as well as building new Availability Regions in Auckland, New Zealand.

*** Acting as a partner in Australia’s new cyber security strategy
Australia will unveil its new cyber security strategy in 2023, covering the period to 2030. It will focus on building six “cyber shields” around Australia to increase cyber resilience - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/australian-government-cyber-security/ {*** 26.09.2023 - Australian Government’s ‘Six Cyber Shields’ Is Potentially a Well-Meaning Skills Crisis – The Australian government’s new national cyber security strategy might have the inadvertent effect of making security efforts even more difficult for businesses by intensifying the current skills shortage.}.

Microsoft’s close participation in this effort positions it as a partner to Australia as cyber threats rise.

The Australian government is displaying great interest and urgency in addressing the deficiencies in security and regulation that have led to one massive-scale leak after another over the past two years.

In Mid-September 2023, Pizza Hut Australia notified nearly 200,000 customers of a widespread data leak exposing customer’s private information and ‘pizza order details’ - https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2023/sep/20/pizza-hut-hack-australia-data-breach-passwords-information-leak {Wed 20.09.2023}, and the government is keen to take the steps it needs to slow the rate of these breaches.

Central to this strategy is the “six cyber shields” approach the government announced - https://www.theregister.com/2023/09/19/australia_six_cyber_shields/ {GOOD ARTICLE - Tues 19.09.2023}. This forms a core part of the upcoming 2023-2030 Cyber Security strategy, and it aims to build six cyber shields in service of citizens, businesses and government at all levels.

*** Investing in the future market for artificial intelligence

Microsoft is heavily invested in the future of AI. In 2023, it poured US $10 billion (AU $15.9 billion) into a partnership with OpenAI {CatGPT’s Owner ‘OpenAI’} - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/microsoft-investment-openai/ {24.01.2023}.

It has since launched generative AI chatbot Bing Chat as well as Copilot {*** Microsoft Office 365 – ‘Copilot’} - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/microsoft-copilot-cheat-sheet/ {06.10.2023}, which allows Microsoft 365 customers to leverage their enterprise data.

* Australia is in the process of considering what regulation is appropriate for the AI explosion, in tandem with existing regulations and laws, such as the Privacy Act * - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/australian-privacy-act-changes-it-data-management/ {18.10.2023}.

Microsoft’s high level engagement and collaboration gives it leverage as regulators decide how to approach AI tools {The Australian Federal CORPORATION government aims to deliver changes to privacy laws in 2024}.

*** Helping to deal with the current tech skills crisis
Australia’s skills shortage in the tech sector is no secret - https://www.techrepublic.com/article/aiia-survey-2023-australia-it-skills-shortage/ {27.06.2023}.

Microsoft’s increased investment in supporting the development of Australian tech skills not only supports its own operations and strategy, but helps to deal with what is a difficult problem for Australia in the tech sector.

This item I dismantled out of curiosity is a Vape . Made up of a lithium ion battery , sponge material soaked in some oily substance flavoured with chemicals that smell like Blueberry / Raspberry. I guess that when one sucks on the end a switch closes and turns on a small heater that burns the oily product made of who knows what . The tube is aluminium , the battery is 13400 lIpo 3.7 volts Max discharge 3 amps . 10 watts Max heater . To me it's like a little bomb ready to blow up or catch fire . I don't know how they are allowed to be sold or even made , apart from the obvious health problems.

POLICE ATTACK ROD CULLETON.

On 20th of October, 2023, Rod Culleton was unlawfully attacked by 6 Western Australian police.

Police were at fault (shown in court and on video), acting without jurisdiction, and have caused a near death event for Culleton.

In the video(s) of October 20th (2023) one can watch as police, without warrant or due cause, enter a worksite (as their attended what they say was an 'investigation') illegally/unlawfully, breaking down a door to assault Culleton❗️
Police were supposedly acting upon a civil matter, as they attempted to push a witch hunt for Culleton (including items he has full right to)❗️
Culleton was then arrested for not complying with an 'order' that was found to hold no lawful power❗️
This is despite him complaining of chest pains❗️

Police destroyed an antique (1920s) door to the old pub Culleton and his colleagues had restored‼️
The police did not take reasonable steps to inspect the title, thus identifying Culleton as proprietor.‼️
One a worksite, police allegedly trespassed as they sought enforcement of a false claim (heresay), they perpetrating brutality whilst ignoring W.H.S or laws requiring warrants‼️
Culleton suffered a HEART ATTACK (blown out turbo seal), as he was packed into a police van (suffering chest pains). The Flying Doctors, ultimately, transported him to Perth, but not after police imprisoned him in a speeding van for almost an hour‼️

No 'element of offense' was brought forward.

LOCAL COURT 01/01/11.
•In court, the police evidence (used to attend scene [20/10/23]) was shown lacking, let alone non-existent.
•Reasonable belief that there was some sort of violence was not established, nor proven, in the local court (01/11/23).
•No warrant was found issued.
•W.H.S
(as expressly warned, by builder, to attending police) was disregarded.
•The duty of care, as required of sworn police officers, was unobserved as Culleton - suffering a heart attack - was further coerced by police (in the back of a speeding ambulance) to sign bail conditions (keeping in mind that he was not formerly arrested or charged).

WHAT ROD WILL DO NEXT.
🔹Culleton will be suing these police officers 'out of uniform', in their private capacity.
🔹Rod will also be pursuing ANZ bank who have also stolen Culleton's assets (along with Australian farmers').
🔹Put into default, via registered post, the Western Australian police force are a 'Dead Entity' (proven in court - by Culleton).

ROD CULLETON NEEDS OUR HELP!

URGENT URGENT INTERVENTION REQUIRED - FREEDOM-FOCUSED AUSTRALIANS We have just 30 days to get Australia removed from the WHO Health regulations which are seeking to mandate their failed vaccines on the world population in a future pandemic. Could you urgently e-mail Mark Butler (Email in the attached document) seeking answers to the questions included and urging Australia to scuttle the WHO imposition. We need thousands of e-mails sent to let the Government see that we are watching their inaction, so please pass this message on to your freedom group and every other person who might.

Re: Questions for the Hon Mark Butler MP – Minister for Health

Dear Minister
The World Health Organisation has presided over perhaps the biggest health catastrophe in world history – rolling out barely tested experimental treatments that were never vaccines.
Australians have discovered this mismanagement observing that the vaccinated succumb to COVID at higher rates than the unvaccinated, (world-leading UK data at here: Link and that seriously elevated excess deaths across Western countries in recent years are seen in the vaccinated rather than the unvaccinated here: Link

As a citizen in a representative democracy, where government is tasked with being responsive to constituents, I am seeking an urgent written response from your Department to the following questions.

1. Does the Australian Government believe that the WHO’s mandated vaccination approach was effective? If Yes, could you please explain to me why the vaccinated have higher rates of infection than the unvaccinated.

2. Does the Australian Government believe that the WHO’s mandated vaccination approach was safe? If Yes, could you please explain to me why the vaccinated in every age-group have higher excess deaths than the unvaccinated.

3. If No to the above, please explain to me why the Australian Government is continuing to pursue Treaties and Regulations giving the failed WHO unfettered control to internationally mandate more deadly ‘vaccines’.
I await your response, and also urge you as Health Minister to direct Prime Minister Albanese to reject the International Health Regulations by the 1 December 2023 international deadline for doing so.

Sign off with your name, address and contact details.

Remember, send this to as many as you can.

WIND FARMS ASSUMING AGRICULTURAL LAND.
N.S.W.

Farmers out western NSW are asking for our help.
Their towns and properties are gong to be surrounded by wind turbines and transmission lines if this goes ahead.
What are the issues?:
- people can’t live around them
- destroying farm land
- massive exploitation by foreign corporate entities
- sneaky non disclosure contracts
- environmental concerns regarding the vibrations, the toxic chemicals present (BPA and others).
A couple of lines is all that is needed for this submission. Closes tomorrow.

*IMPORTANT*

PLEASE put in an objection to the CWO REZ Transmission project (Energy Co), NOW!

A couple of sentences stating you don't want the district covered in high voltage transmission lines and towers and you don't want the area to be turned into an industrial landscape of wind turbines on the hills, fields of solar panels and the associated environmental costs is enough!

It is crucial we get ALOT of objections otherwise they will ignore us. Get every member of your family, near and far, and your friends, to make an objection, even if it's just a sentence saying they don't want it.

Go to the Portal here:

https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major-projects/projects/central-west-orana-rez-transmission .

To make a submission click on the blue button on the right hand side "Make a Submission" and follow the prompts (you will need to make an account if you haven't already). It is important to select "object" rather than a "comment" when that option comes up.

Hi!
I am researching the BS that went down over the last three years for a book.

I am presently constructing a timeline of various major and not so major events.

If you have any specific knowledge or relevant info, I'd appreciate anything you can pass on. It could be anything from when QR codes were introduced (and when check-in became mandatory) to border closures, lockdowns, vax mandates for jobs, school closures, unvaxxed banned from venues etc. Rough dates/months will do.

More importantly, I also want the stories and events that MSM never reported such as protests, rallies, arrests, police intimidation etc.
You can contact me via email: mcatb7@yahoo.com

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer! Marina
