It is with a sad and heavy heart that we say goodbye to one of our most loved TAP admins Avalon from TAP Coffs Harbour. Avalon worked tirelessly in her community making a difference and touching hearts and lives where ever she went.

Our condolences to her partner and their families on such a sad loss to the community and to life in general.

We thank you Avalon for your service and may you be at peace on your next journey.

3. The UN Convention on the
Elimination of All Forms of Racial
Discrimination and Australia’s
Racial Discrimination Act prohibit
discrimination on the basis of race,
colour, descent or national or ethnic
origin. A Yes vote will breach these
laws by only benefiting Aborigines
& Torres Strait Islanders. Our real
question might be, “Should we
support permanent constitutional
change that will discriminate against
97.2 percent of Australians?”

4. Where are the Missing Millions?
Leonie Brady is of Port Augusta’s
3,000 Aboriginal community. Yearly
mining royalties bring in millions.
When Leonie got cancer she asked
ATLA, their Aboriginal management
body, to help. Their reply was they
just didn’t have any money. When
her grandson needed medical care
for leukaemia they gave him

Some remote area Aborigines are
doing very badly. How can that be
with over $100 million dollars a day
and 3,885 groups and MPs helping?
An independent forensic audit could
ensure correct use of all funding and
assets, but this is not being done.

5. The former chairman of ATSIC
(Aboriginal and Torres Straight
Islander Commission) (1999-2004)
Geoff Clark, ex-politician, was twice
convicted of rape in Civil Court. He,
his wife and a son await trial on 370
Aboriginal Trust fraud charges.

ATSIC was the first Australian
National Aboriginal Body. It was
abolished as were the next three
major national bodies. If the Yes
vote gets up, constitutionally it will
be extremely difficult to hold it
liable, accountable, or to abolish it.

6. Giving Aborigines huge benefits
for over 50 years shows we care;
the estimated total cost being one
trillion 660 million dollars. Could
the $364.6M referendum cost have
been used in remote areas where
many Aborigines live in poverty?

7. There are thousands claiming to
be Aborigine who aren’t, says Land
Council chairman Michael Mansell.
Of 800,000 people who claim
aboriginally, “Possibly 300,000
aren’t,” says Aborigine academic,
Suzanne Ingram. Dark Emu author
Bruce Pascoe says he belongs to 3
mobs, who all deny it. His Ancestral
Chart shows no Aboriginal record.

8. Voice impacts already exist.
Under WA Aboriginal Heritage laws,
2 major tree plantings along Perth’s
Canning River were cancelled due to
a $2.5M demand for approval. A WA
landholder was threatened with nine
months jail & $20,000 fine for build-
ing a small creek crossing on his

9. A former Communist Party of
Australia (CPA) member; Geoff
McDonald, wrote Red over Black
and The Evidence, concerning the
CPA’s involvement with Aboriginal
Land Rights and the push for a black
state since the 2nd Comintern:

their employers, set up Binding Citizens Initiated Referendum
laws at all three government levels.
Such laws allow us to say NO to
existing & proposed laws; introduce
new laws & dismiss those who have

12. Aboriginal Activists are often
mistaken. Voting: King George III’s
letters patent gave all native peoples
the status and rights of British
subjects. Even before Federation,
Aboriginal men and women could
vote in NSW, Vic, SA & Tas. Same
under the 1902 Electoral Act. Were
Aborigines ever a Nation? The 600
separate Aboriginal tribes were not
united by common history, language,
or culture. Nor did they inhabit a
particular country or territory. Can
one Voice speak for 600 different
Aboriginal groups?

Whilst many people are celebrating the dropping of 'vaccine' mandates for Queensland health workers,
there is twisted catch that they're not aware of; MISCONDUCT harassment!

Despite it being announced (by Gov/media) that education or health workers, police, or firefighters, are free to work unvaccinated, those who refused the death stab have been harassed and attacked by their respective CODE OF CONDUCT divisions.

•For some this meant permanent dismissal.
•Some simply had to reapply (e.g: if you took sick/long service leave to avoid mandates - sparing your being identified).
•For others the misconduct investigation came with strings attached. This might mean you remain on 'good behaviour' watch. Or, it might have come in the form of a contract you were forced to sign that prevented your ever ascending through promotion.
•Maybe it was a paycut.
•Or, an agreement to never pursue them in court...


Either way, those who were identified as conscientious objectors continue to be targeted by their respective employers/government department.


Essentially, federal/state governments have dropped mandates but have persisted in pursuing those who refused to accept the unlawful and experimental 'vaccine'❗️

They will hire unvaccinated people, yet attack their existing unvaccinated staff❗️


Do not celebrate until we bring these criminals to justice❕

THE CRIMINAL CODE (SERIOUS VILIFICATION AND HATE CRIMES) & THER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT BILL 2023.
- BITS.

These 'BITS" documents, are something I create as I read an Act of Legislation (or other things such as academic research) and attempt to disseminate and simplify the content to make it an easier read for the layperson.

This is part of my function, for the 'Freedom Movement';
to act as a bridge between the common man and the texts which govern or influence our society.

This is approximately the 20th of these.

In short, there is sometimes no way of refining some documents into a text that is shorter than a few pages.
Mind you (as with this case), 5 pages is better than 15.


My main points of concern are indicated by the subheadings *NOTE*, *SUGGESTION* or *Q* (as in question).


For this particular Bill, we see the new forms of sexuality, sexual characteristic, and gender identity given further state protection.

Fortunately, religion is also preserved.

I advise (within) to learn (particularly if you're a Queenslander) the legal definitions of some of the more weaponised terms (e.g: 'severe' or 'recklessly') within.

Most concerning is the increase of arbitrary police powers (under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000) to detain and search a person or their vehicle based upon 'reasonable suspicion'.
Again, I advise people (generally) to familiarise themselves with the definition of 'reasonable suspicion' and the requirements of a police officer to prove this in a court of law.

If you know the law you can defend yourself at law (even at roadside).
