Since February this year I have been actively challenging sexualy explicit books for children in our public libraries.

I started with a deputation speech at my local council meeting in February. I have written to Public Library Services SA, Licencing Enforcement Branch SA, Phoned Consumer and Business Affairs and Written the the Ombudsman.

In July this year I officially challenged one book; 'Let's Talk about it' for classification. Throughout this process I have found that the majority of books held in our Public Libraries are Unclassified and Unrestricted and therefore do not have the correct consumer advice on the cover as a film or computer game would.

Over the months since I started on this campaign, I have met more and more people who also share similar concerns. The biggest question I get asked is "How can I help?"

Today I am launching a State Parliamentary Petition. I need 10,000 signatures minimum.

This is a real tweet from the Australian Electoral Commisson. We have seen how unhinged some “yes” campaigners have been. It’s all but guaranteed there will be people who vote multiple times. The system is broken. It must change. The head of the AEC must resign. His position is untenable.

A Template To Send:

"I have recently come across something very concerning. There are two tweets from a Twitter account purporting to be the Australian Electoral Commission official twitter account. See the Twitter page here - https://twitter.com/AusElectoralCom

I have gone to your social media guidelines page here - https://www.aec.gov.au/media/sm-guidelines.htm and I am aware that the tweets did indeed come from the AEC Twitter Account.

In the Tweets, the author writes "If someone votes at two different polling places within their electorate, and places their formal vote in the ballot box at each polling place, their vote is counted."

The next tweet says, " We cannot remove the vote from the count because, due to the secrecy of the ballot, we have no way of knowing which ballot paper belongs to which person. However, the number of double votes received is usually low, and usually related to mental health or age."

I would like to ask first and foremost, why is the Australian Electoral Commission advocating the Australian voting public engage in Electoral Fraud, and telling them there's nothing the AEC can do about it?

Of course you can do something about it, isn't that why we have electoral rolls?

To record the numbers of the eligible voter turnout?

I would sincerely hope that the AEC cross check every single electoral roll in every booth with each other during and at the completion of every election or referendum, regardless, to make sure that people do not vote twice at different polling booths in the same electorate, and punish them accordingly for breaking the law if they do. In fact I am pretty sure the Australian public would demand that happens every time, anyway.

If these Tweets are genuine, then the whole election system becomes tainted and you will have lost the trust of the Australian people and they will no longer have confidence in your ability to hold fair and transparent elections. These tweets have already gone viral, hundreds of thousands of people have seen them.

Can you please give me, and the rest of the Australian people an explanation as soon as possible so we can move on and concentrate on the Referendum without fear and uncertainty about whether the result will be obtained by electoral fraud?

That's just what I've sent guys, you can tweak it or use your own. I just thought it might help some people draft a complaint about those tweets. I have ascertained it is the AEC Twitter page, 100% and unless their social media has been hacked or the admin is on crack, and they totally retract those tweets and make a public apology, they've got some explaining to do.

⚫️🔴🟡THE VOICE - VOTING.🇦🇺

IF, the 'Yes' voters vote multiple times (as is being reported).

AND, people don't vote at all (as suggested by Riccy Bosi).

THEN, the 'Yes' votes will fill the vacuum created by people not voting.


VOTING 'NO' asserts our numbers, which are otherwise not counted by the A.E.C.

THE 'YES' VOTES WILL COUNT WHERE YOURS DID NOT!!!


It's a NUMBERS GAME.


Imagine that there are only so many seats on a bus.
And you choose not to take a seat.
The guy at the other end is only counting numbers (not, necessarily, names).
And, the slimy 'Yes' voters are taking multiple bus rides.
At the end the A.E.C guy counts all the bus numbers, without checking names (that might appear twice).


Reserve your seat and be counted.


It stands to reason.


VOTE.

VOTE 'NO'.



If there is fraud afoot, we will deal with it after.
For now, the most pressing danger is theft of numbers!

🔻THE SIGNIFICANCE OF PASTOR PAUL'S 'PRIVATE PROSECUTION' CASE🔻

Pastor Paul has mounted a PRIVATE PROSECUTION (a counter, using 'MALICIOUS PROSECUTION'),
against Lloyd Babb and Michael Cootts-Trotter (Tanya Plibersek's partner and convicted heroin trafficker), after they allegedly abused their station in office to maliciously pursue Pastor Paul without LAW or FACT.

This was after a child, being cared for by his parents and the physicians they chose, was REMOVED UNDER FALSE PRETENSE (FACT: the child's blood levels were proven healthy).


Pastor Paul was/is defending children against state-sanctioned child exploitation and trafficking.


As with other cases we see (and SUPPORT & REPORT upon),
the authorities attack those who fight the injustice of the Children's/Family Courts and those bureaucrats and police who would see a child removed from their parents or guardian and put into the hands of a paedophile.
These 'authorities' go after those reporting sexual abuse and name them 'vexatious reporters' despite the evidence (FACTS).

This phenomenon can be observed in the recent case (Lismore) against Deborah Robinson, or the miscarriage of justice being attempted (by Judge Clare
& Crown Prosecutor, K.C, Mr Deane) against Dr. Russell Pridgeon (& ors.).


Pastor Paul is fighting for more than just the desired malicious prosecution and much more is at stake.

Other significant factors hinging in this case, include:
▪️the capacity to PRIVATE PROSECUTION against a PUBLIC FIGURE (e.g: politician) in their PRIVATE CAPACITY
🪱A PLOY to hide public servants away from accountability or culpability ‼️

▪️ensuring the courts observe CASE (PRECEDENT) LAW set by other courts including those presiding (e.g: SUPREME COURT OF APPEALS)
🪱a DIRECT CONTRAVENTION of the RULE OF LAW (e.g: the DISTRICT COURT [a COURT OF RECORD] failed to keep a record of findings)‼️

▪️the CROWN SOLICITOR is ACTING WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS from the defendants
🪱a ploy to safeguard these goblins from further incrimination (e.g: malicious prosecution), as those (Cootts-Trotter/Babbs) names are sneakily removed (as 'parties') from the court documents‼️

▪️PUBLIC CONFIDENCE
🪱as THE STATE ignores previous COURT DECISIONS‼️

▪️JUSTICE FALLS INTO DISREPUTE
🪱How can the SUPREMEN COURT OF APPEALS look into a LOWER COURT'S DECISIONS when NO RECORD WAS RECORDED❓‼️

▪️JUDGE MISFEASANCE/MALFEASANCE
🪱Judge Webber DENIED observation of another court's proceedings‼️
🪱Judge Webber held that Babb and Cootts-Trotter ARE NOT the persons attached to their exact names as per their DEPARTMENTAL POSITIONS‼️

▪️POLICE - DUE PROCESS AND ADMISSABILITY
🪱Police uptook the case (originally), yet NEVER APPEARED.
🪱Police DENIED a NOTICE requiring FURTHER & BETTER PARTICULARS ('Particulars' are the alleged actions/circumstances that contravene a law)

▪️USING COURT FEES AS PUNISHMENT
🪱Pastor Paul is dragged into a court case (formerly with Judge Webber etc), as the State seek him exhausted and bankrupted through legal fees etc‼️

Avalon and I have been very quiet in the community this year as Avalon was diagnosed with cancer. She needed to retreat and focus on her healing.

My heart is shattered to a million peices. Our beloved Avalon's heart gave way last night. We did our best to revive her, but she has past.

Avalon had a peaceful day yesterday, expressing gratitude for so many things and people around her.

She deeply valued this community. We ask you to hold her spirit in your hearts. 💖

It is with a sad and heavy heart that we say goodbye to one of our most loved TAP admins Avalon from TAP Coffs Harbour. Avalon worked tirelessly in her community making a difference and touching hearts and lives where ever she went.

Our condolences to her partner and their families on such a sad loss to the community and to life in general.

We thank you Avalon for your service and may you be at peace on your next journey.

With love and gratitude for all you've done, for what you stood for and for who you where.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the families and your TAP community.
