GOVERNMENT TO LAUNCH INQUIRY INTO FEDERAL, STATE, AND TERRITORY, RESPONSE TO C-19 'PANDEMIC'.
An inquiry is set to be announced into the state, territory and federal governments' response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Anthony Albanese and Health Minister Mark Butler will announce the inquiry in Adelaide this morning.
University of Melbourne epidemiologist Nancy Baxter said the inquiry should provide an important reflection on the country's pandemic response but added that she hoped it would look at the effect COVID-19 was still having on the population.
"I think when you're looking at lockdowns and the way we had to manage the pandemic, that a large amount of that was because we had had such delayed access to mRNA vaccines," she said.
"I don't think a witch-hunt is useful at this point".

An inquiry into government response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been announced, but state and territory local lockdowns and border closures are likely to avoid scrutiny.

The Conversation
A 14-day rolling average of 5 new daily cases is the wrong trigger for easing Melbourne lockdown. Letโs look at โunder investigationโโฆ
The focus, for some time, has been on new daily case numbers. But what if we are looking at the wrong figure? We should focus on the average number of cases "under investigation" over the last 14 days.

WHAT DOES THIS HIGH COURT DECISION TELL US (PRECEDENCE)?
The High Court held that no freestanding guarantee of freedom to move wherever one wishes for whatever reason is implicit in the Constitution on any of the three grounds contended for by the plaintiffs.
First, the Court held that such a limitation on the legislative and executive power of the Commonwealth and States could not be implied from the fact of federation. Rather, the legal nature and effect of the federation established by the Constitution can be known only from the terms and structure of the Constitution itself; those terms and that structure provide no support for the limitation on power for which the plaintiffs contended.
Secondly, the Court held that while legislated limits on movement that burden political communication may infringe the implied freedom of political communication, a limit on movement which does not have a political character will not.
Thirdly, the Court held that s 92 of the Constitution does not imply a freedom of movement of the kind for which the plaintiffs contended. Such an implication would render otiose the delineation clearly drawn by the text of s 92 between protected interstate intercourse and intrastate intercourse which it does not purport to protect. It would also attribute to the text a meaning rejected by the framers of the Constitution.

HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONER CRITICAL OF C-19 INQUIRY SCOPE.
Thursday 21 September, 2023
Human Rights Commissioner Lorraine Finlay said:
"The decision to exclude actions taken unilaterally by state and territory governments means many key aspects of Australiaโs response will go unexamined. Australia is a federation and needs an inquiry that reflects this.
The lack of a stated focus on how Australiaโs COVID response impacted on the human rights of people is also concerning.
The policy decisions taken by all governments โ as well as the implementation of those decisions โ had significant human rights implications for people here in Australia and overseas. These may end up being considered by the inquiry but not having human rights explicitly part of the key terms of reference is disappointing.
We need to ensure the rights and freedoms that were lost during the pandemic are better protected into the future and we need to ensure the human cost of the pandemic is properly understood so our emergency responses in the future donโt leave people or their rights behind.โ

1๏ธโฃTHE AUSTRALIA PROJECT'S RESPONSE TO JOHN WILSON (& CARL LIEBOLD).
- by Cole the Sociologist.
Dear John Wilson.
I have only just seen your latest video rant, attacking The Australia Project (T.A.P).
Let me begin by informing everyone that you, John Wilson, have now twice run from a booked public debate with me.
TWICE THE CHICKEN.
I invite anyone to ask Wilson, and see if he'll meet with me live and on air.
The same challenge, I make, to Carl Liebold.
Are these blokes really somehow 'names' within the Freedom Movement?
We can do better.
Let's see what (facts) you've got, boys.
Let's see if they stack up to rigorous discussion.
I see Wilson claims I am "paid by the word".
Really, Johnny? By who?
Permit me to introduce myself, or remind you of who I am.
I (along with 3 others) initiated the resistant EDUCATION WORKER group, the mighty NATIONAL EDUCATION WORKERS (originally named 'N.S.W TEACHERS UNITED').
I was/am chief strategist and fighter, my skills first lent including resource writing (I composing over 100), narrative activism/intervention, and public challenges.
It was I who ensured a united, and focused, TRAIL OF EVIDENCE was created (& FILE COMPILED) via waves of education workers bouncing DATA & LAW off've the (D.O.E) Department of Education (& it's cronies [e.g: school principals]) thus effectively incriminating these agents and ensuring no chance of plausible deniability!
I, soon, discovered a Freemason in our midst stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars & sabotaging our efforts and resources.
You would all know this man - Christian 'Mack' Marchegianni.
Yes, that was me who caught and ejected him from the education group.
Unfortunately, 'Mack' had already established co-conspirators in our interstate groups, selling their populations to Red Union.
I was able to save N.S.W, as we continue on, whilst slowly regathering those disenfranchised by the other interstate 'teacher' groups who have affected NOTHING.
I then formed the first (& only) school run by the Freedom Movement, sustaining it for a year as I watched over it (& the kids) EVERYDAY! This TAP NEWschool held a 300sqm greenhouse and hosted multiple events.
Unlike Bergwerf's 'Myplace' (Frankston), we did not already own this building, we sustaining it with our own efforts.
This T.A.P NEWschool was systematically attacked by trolls.
I had to rename the N.E.U, the N.E.W, as I found 'Mack' still collecting money under its name.
During that time I was the M.C for the Reclaim the Line event (another Freedom name infiltrated and destroyed by Mack and his co-conspirators).
Ask around, I invite you.
I'm the one who created the Organised Support And Report Crowds (O.S.A.R.Cs) who attend significant court cases (e.g: Pridgeon) providing historical witness.
These O.S.A.R.C.s also function as tutorials.
We are seeing court wins (contrary to the paranoid doom purveyed by such as Wilson)!
In 2022, Riccardo Bosi invited me to his house.
We spoke for 6 hours.
Though I liked the man, I was not impressed nor convinced by his 'White Hat' mythology.
Also, the A1 bookkeeping remains murky.
Unlike T.A.P, A1 actually does collect money...
If Bosi would like to discuss this, in the open, i am happy to meet him in debate.
(He too makes false claims of T.A.P, despite A1 collecting money..)
By this time, I had been approached by Kent & Lance Brown to join T.A.P.
The T.A.P Satellite group format appealed to me as a logical way of forging a tapestry of postcode communities.
To this day, these SATELLITE GROUPS enjoy autonomy & a varied activation as per their individual human resource.
There is no money in T.A.P.
There never was.
If there is, I have never seen it.
I believe all the money was stolen in the beginning by the prepositioned assets of the deep state.
This is something Wilson, Liebold, & I can agree on.
What I have seen, is a national network of Freedom communities who fight everything from C-19 'vaccines' to child exploitation, to city councils.
No money anywhere, just brave volunteers.
I'll get to the Tribal Nations, in a video release.

2๏ธโฃTHE AUSTRALIA PROJECT'S RESPONSE TO JOHN WILSON (& CARL LIEBOLD).
- by Cole the Sociologist.
Back to Wilson.
Let's explore what Wilson says & I'll identify his contradictions and errors.
Johnny doesn't do his homework, nor does he secure his research.
No facts, just wayward claims.
Thus he plagues the airwaves with stupid theories & unsubstantiated paranoia.
We've enough of this from the bad guys.
Let me illuminate Wilson's obvious hypocrisy (aside from the fact that the self-proclaimed 'brawler' keeps scampering away like a rat).
Johnny claims he is a loner and "no member of a group" [NOTE: Quote is corrected for grammatical accuracy], yet goes on to (consistently) laud Bosi and A1 and Liebold.
What of A1's finances John? How many of Bosi's political campaigns have now been paid for?
How is Bosi paying for his 'rice and onions', hmm?
Wilson damns what he names "T.A.P's business model", yet conspicuously overlooks A1's?
We are not a business, John, we (T.A.P) are a Freedom community.
Wilson & Liebold, both, have made claims of T.A.P being somehow aligned with the U.N.
Do you know how this sounds to all of those who work so hard, everyday, across Australia within a T.A.P Satellite?
Ignorant.
We TELL the U.N what we are doing, we do not ask their permission.
We force acknowledgement of our ventures.
There is a process & one that takes more than a few hundred paranoids beating their shallow chests.
Please use your brains people.
I see Wilson has mistaken 'Sociologist' for 'socialist'.
No, Johnny, not the same thing.
Wilson likes to claim "fact", yet appears unable to read correctly.
This is no sleight to the less literate amongst us, however it is criticism of unqualified commentary.
Wilson made similar mistake when I released a condemnation of the Train massacre, along with resources for adoptive strategies to avoid incrimination under laws such as terrorism.
Rather than read, Wilson ranted, misinterpreting the precautionary measures released to help the Freedom population protect itself from militarised police raids.
What Wilson, irresponsibly, names "hanging out to dry" is in fact strategy.
We, at T.A.P, deploy intelligent manoeuvres rather than encourage our allies to incriminate themselves with language that constitutes sedition or incitement.
The same irrational tactics that see people locked up, are embraced by Wilson who pounds his weak chest & burns his numbers for easy arrest.
Stupid.
Wilson says T.A.P are not fighting the same fight as him.
But I don't see you on the battlefield Johnny.
You keep running & ranting but I don't see a strategy or a tangible achievement.
Johnny says we need to protect children, yet scoffs at T.A.P's (& our allies') defeat of 'Transvestite storytime' (libraries/councils), or prevention of vaccination (I leading that charge, myself, in schools).
Johnny says we need to go after the courts, yet I haven't seen him at a court case.
Our O.S.A.R.Cs are creating data with which to remove corrupt judges.
What has Johnny frother done, but rant some more about what other people are doing...not that he actually knows what that is...
How can Wilson claim "no direction" when he is ignorant to what T.A.P (& its wonderful population) do?
It was us who taught Darren Bergwerf how to create a 'Myplace'.
Unlike Bergy, or Bosi, or R.D.A, T.A.P do not discourage people from working with & within other groups.
And Johnny frother dares demand everyone "reach agreement"?
Finally, old Johnny says he, "eats pissants for breakfast, so bring it on!".
But who is truly the pissant, John?
Who keeps ducking who when the challenge is mounted?
It's you running John Wilson.
Thus, I again send challenge to public debate either John Wilson (or Carl Liebold for that matter).
Let us see if your flimsy paranoid claims can withstand the test.
I'll release a video in the next day or two.
I have been busy in two of my own court cases, one after I was dragged off've a plane by federal police as they demanded whether I was a 'sovereign citizen'.
I won.
Now it's your turn Johnny.
