๐Ÿ‘THE 'FREEDOM' TRAP๐Ÿ‘

I have provided, below, a small list of the language one may be wary of (amid this current, dangerous, climate) as expressed in law.

(1) For the purposes of this Act, a criminal network of individuals is an electronically linked group of individuals, where:
(a) in a case where each individual in the group uses, or is likely to use, the same electronic service as at least one other individual in the groupโ€”the use of that electronic service enables any of the individuals in the group to:
(i) engage in conduct that constitutes a relevant offence; or
(ii) communicate with any of the individuals in the group about any of the individuals in the group engaging in conduct that constitutes a relevant offence; or
(iii) facilitate the engagement, by another person (whether or not an individual in the group), in conduct that constitutes a relevant offence;

Criminal Code Act 1995 No. 12, 1995 [CTH]
terrorist organisation
means:
(a) an organisation that is directly or indirectly engaged in, preparing, planning, assisting in or fostering the doing of a terrorist act; or
(b) an organisation that is specified by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph (see subsections (2), (3) and (4)).

Definition of advocates
(1A) In this Division, an organisation advocates the doing of a terrorist act if:
(a) the organisation directly or indirectly counsels, promotes, encourages or urges the doing of a terrorist act; or
(b) the organisation directly or indirectly provides instruction on the doing of a terrorist act; or
(c) the organisation directly praises the doing of a terrorist act in circumstances where there is a substantial risk that such praise might have the effect of leading a person (regardless of his or her age or any mental impairment that the person might suffer) to engage in a terrorist act.

11.4 Incitement
(1) A person who urges the commission of an offence commits the offence of incitement.
(2) For the person to be guilty, the person must intend that the offence incited be committed.

91.1 Espionageโ€”dealing with information etc. concerning national security which is or will be communicated or made available to foreign principal.

Workers Compensation Act 1987. No. 70. NSW
239AB Meaning of โ€œact of terrorismโ€

๐Ÿ‘(2) Any lawful activity or any industrial action cannot be characterised as an act of terrorism for the purposes of this Act.๐Ÿ‘

Iโ€™m just going to leave this here for the Police Union that claim they are buying up the property to keep it safe from โ€œconspiracy theoristsโ€ and have made no mention of a certain gas pipeline they may or may not want to access.

A shameful dayโ€ฆa tragic yearโ€ฆa failed decadeโ€ฆa traumatising centuryโ€ฆand the story escalatesโ€ฆ

Climate change is only relevant for taxation purposes but not stopping the fraudulent giants from actually polluting the earth worldwide, according to the judge in this case ๐Ÿ˜‚

The religious mythology places Gog and Magog as giants who will try to destroy Earth at end of timesโ€ฆinteresting propositionโ€ฆ

Indeed the corporate veil has birthed monstrous giants called the industrial-military-pharma-techno complex!

We are forewarned, that the natives will rise to destroy the giants in the ancient scripturesโ€ฆ

A David and Goliath battle unfolding before our eyesโ€ฆ

But are the ancient scriptures right? Will the custodians, land and water-loving dwellers of the past find their ancestral powers and expunge the demons from our wells?

It is a hard watchโ€ฆI am gunning for Godโ€ฆI have always believed that some truth exists in mythsโ€ฆ

I will try my hardest to helpโ€ฆ

So cringeworthy moments trolling through the pages and pages of the decisionโ€ฆ

Apparently we need to be reassured by the whispering of the devil telling us they will not frack the coal seamsโ€ฆand we are supposed to believe that oil is not laced with poisonโ€ฆ

The devil always tells you the truth of his plansโ€” indeed the devil is marketing โ€˜lateral drillingโ€™ so that down the track Santos can make some further applications to frack the crack! They even tell you this in their โ€˜Drilling with careโ€™ propaganda!

Not to mention that this so called honourable judge thinks that there is such a thing as โ€˜responsible exploitationโ€™ right because you need to get raped twice for the rapist to be charged! Makes sense ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

It is painful- it really is! Despite the Gomeroi people showing that there will environmental destruction, their story just does not add up for the judge cause they need to show how they will be personally fucked by this not just that the whole world will! According to the judge there is no crime if you rape everyone equally - to have a case, you need to show how you got raped a little harder than othersโ€ฆmakes sense ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ญ

๐Ÿ’ฅโšก๏ธThis video includes T.A.P's response to the frothersโšก๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฅ

We (T.A.P), officially, do not advocate for violence of any kind.

Whilst, one may defend themselves (See: 'DEFENCE MECHANICS' post/piece - forthcoming) with due force, we (T.A.P) action benevolent enterprises such as the co-ops and councils formed via our T.A.P 'SATELLITE' GROUPS (postcode communities).

๐ŸŒณ๐ŸกThrough 'CONSTRUCTIVE RESISTANCE' we build gardens, and courts, and assemblies and schools.๐Ÿฆ˜

๐Ÿ’ชMeanwhile, other arms of our 'CONSTRUCTIVE RESISTANCE' engage & challenge local council, industrial entities (e.g:unions), and through courts & tribunals.๐Ÿ”Ž

We cover ALL bases!

To deliver ourselves to violence
is to deliver ourselves into the cage prepared for such action.
It is a dead end.

We choose life.
