There is no gatekeeper verifying the bona fides of anyone who joins the group, so the person posting ahead of you or after you could be a like minded patriot, or they could be a bot, or just an opportunist seeking to take advantage of others. We will try to block the latter two as often as we can, but we need everyone to be vigilant and watch for the deceivers who seek to infiltrate and sow dissent from within.
3. This is a "We The People" movement - if you're looking for someone to tell you what to do, you're just looking to perpetuate the problem that got us here in the first place, because as soon as we give up our reasoning, our voice, our will to some other person to make decisions for us, then some scumbag is going to swoop in and take advantage - we typically call them politicians. The only path to success is our own personal engagement - this channel is just one place we can congregate to have discussion, keep each other informed, plan our defense or future actions, celebrate our successes, and support each other in our hardships.
4. "By their fruits ye shall know them"... Start every relationship with as much trust as you are prepared to lose; use what people say, how they say it, what they share, what their friends say etc. over time to measure whether more trust or less trust should be extended. Rather than what people say, it is more often what people do, that is typically a better indicator of who they really are, and whether you should trust them. Trust your intuition and be guided by the divine.
5. The invitation for everyone in this group is to unite - that means we need to find common ground upon which we can collaborate, and we need to reject any narrative aimed at dividing us. Standing on the sideline lobbing insults or complaints is no different to what the media is doing. It is important to identify challenges and to give warnings, but it's more important to provide solutions, and to take action.
6. Hard yakka is the best way to drown shrill voices. Put runs on the board and let our actions do the talking - I think 18K+ letters is awesome, especially since we know not everyone's efforts are being reported.
7. We were not prepared for how quickly this channel grew, we still feel like we are drinking from a fire hose, but that is evidence of the need for this type of forum, and a desire for a place where we feel we belong when our elected officials are doing their darnedest to vilify, isolate, and marginalize us. There were a few voices in the channel calling for similar questions to be asked of other political activists who have come forward with a desire to lead Australians through a purge of political corruption. We have invited Craig Kelly to tell us where he stands on a number of issues - if someone would be a political leader of the future, we should know their answer to these (and similar) questions before we can decide to get behind them or not. We are keen to hear Craig's response.

Similarly, we want to ask corresponding questions of others who have expressed a desire to be our political representatives. Riccardo Bosi from the AustraliaOne Party seems to fit this criteria well.

It is really energizing to see everyone's passion for their convictions - thank you for sharing in this channel! In respect to the Letters to the respective political parties, please keep the following tenets in mind...:

- We are here to unite folks, not divide

- We are not denigrating any of the current 2 candidates we have released letters for, and neither any future candidates we may also ask similar questions to

- We are simply asking the candidates to give us their view on the listed questions, so that each of us can be educated on their positions

- We are not supporting one candidate or party over another, we are asking both to tell us transparently what they stand for. We are not even saying having a party is the right approach - but these folks have put themselves out there seeking to lead Australians under a party government system, so it is fair to ask them specifics about what they believe and what they propose to do in the name of all Australians under that system

- We don’t think it is appropriate to personally attack other members of the channel based on their personal political choices. It is appropriate however to have a healthy debate about why we might or might not support a candidate or party on one position or another - just leave the personal attacks out of it (that tactic is designed to shut down someone’s voice, and we are advocating here for every Australian’s voice and choice)

- finally, not every question asked is designed or desired for a positive response: we want to know how the candidate/party intends to respond. This means for example, if we ask a candidate if they will swear an oath to a queen, it is NOT indicative that we support that action. What we really need is honest answers to these questions and not just answers they think we want to hear. A politician will give you the latter, but a leader will give you the former. We need to know if we are dealing with leaders or politicians...
