The first of several civil cases, brought on by dozens of Queensland frontline workers who are challenging their COVID-19 vaccine mandates, including police officers and paramedics, has begun in Brisbane.

Key points:
The lawyer representing ambulance staff told the court they had been "singled out" by the mandate
Dr Christopher Ward told the court exemptions to the COVID vaccine mandate "are not worth the paper they're written on"
Dan O'Gorman who is representing police staff says the vaccine mandate asked his clients to "commit a criminal act"
More than 70 Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) staff who have refused to comply with their employer's directives, are testing the legality of the policies in the Supreme Court, arguing they are unjust or an improper exercise of power.

we invited Pastor Paul to teach us a few skills!

On last Thursday's 'THINKER ZOOM'
he imparted his experiences with insights
into navigating the AUSTRALIAN COURT SYSTEM.

This was in particular reference to the
power bestowed upon the Department of Communities and Justice (D.C.J)
- formerly F.A.C.S/D.O.C.S -
and their unhindered capacity for:
• warrantless invasions of property and privacy,
• lack of judicial overseer
• broad powers to suppress information

T.A.P exec ('The Watchers'), including the Brown brothers, came to watch & weigh.

[*NOTE* - we acknowledge the requirement of such gov departments. HOWEVER, we would ensure they are regulated & assessed for potential misuse or abuse of power/law.
We aim to keep all Gov Departments accountable]


As you may know,
GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS
are gearing up to name 'not vaccinating your child'
or
'homeschooling/educating outside "registered" schools'
CHILD ABUSE!

Then they send in the D.C.J (F.A.C.S)!

Often without a warrant (just a piece of paper stamped by a bureaucrat)...



Paster Paul guided us through dealing face-to-face with these agents,
including self-representation in the courts
&
the INJUNCTION that suspends these bureaucrats from rushing past the correct processes of LAW!

On July 26th,
Pastor Paul will be testing
the CONSTITUTIONAL (interpreting s.105) ARGUMENT
in seeking clarification and observation of the
'SEPARATION OF POWERS' doctrine.



Pastor Paul's advice began with one's ability
to engage INJUNCTIVE RELIEF (an INJUNCTION)
which prevents harm to a child
- via 'vaccination' -
by one parent when disputed by another!


Paul described the former process
- where bureaucrats arrive and steal children -
as occurring, "before being ventilated in court".

As well as ONE'S RIGHTS to:
• Recognise a/the 'supreme being'
• ELECT A JURY (for indictable offences incurring 2yrs imprisonment or above)
• RECUSE A JUDGE (swap your judge)
• not be touched by security guards
• not SELF-INCRIMINATE (say anything that can and will be used against you)
if/when talking to police


We are disseminating & recording what we learn,
and will continue to help others (as we always have) as we enrich our LAWFUL ENTITLEMENT.

Kathleen is a little bit ill at the moment so it will be a few days before she is on board . The individual that entered the federal election writ onto the record is the Secretary to the Federal Executive council .. there was no printed name just the title and a signature. The Governor- General David Hurley's name was on there as was the special minister of state Ben Morton . These were all signed on the 11th of April 2022 . We tried every ave you we could to find whom this individual is /was , we ended fining the name , it is Leonie Egger . We tried Common wealth AEC ,PM's office , State AEC and quite a few more and could not get an answer to who this individual was but we had pile of evidence and names as to the dept's and other office holders and the staff who would not give that name or said the people of this nation didn't have the right or the need to know . We will be going to the Commonwealth ombudsman's office and if they do not investigate someone entering a fraudulent treasonous document on the public record they will warrant subpoena and a discovery at a further date and make the list also with the others. When we couldn't find the name Kathleen suggested we go to the AFP and file a missing person report because the last two people to see her alive as far as we knew was the two others that signed that writ on the 11 of April. The position was handed over to another man on the following tuesday after the election and he has no issues with having his name front and centre because he didn;t put it on public record .. basically finger prints on the smoking gun . There was a very good reason why her name was not printed on the writ. We will be filing reports and everyone who obstructed us will be on that list and including anyone who does not investigate a reported crime of high treason . It is going for the individuals and as we know when they do realise it is them as individuals who will be held accountable it changes everything . She is pivotal , everyone else is looking at the lawfulness or lack there of and legalities and we know it is unlawful and treason , but you kick the bricks away at the bottom of the structure and the roof will come in . We have the evidence against all of the people who tried to hide her name so they are implicated and complicit . So we will try that approach and see what becomes of it .
