Parent Town Hall Meeting Recap from yesterday. We received updates on recent and current legislation impacting public school students (CRT curriculum, vaccine mandates, boys in girls' sports), as well as information about the barrage of pending litigation against Round Rock ISD and efforts to bring criminal charges against the "Bad Faith Five" board members and Superintendent Dr. Azaiez for intentionally violating citizens' rights. To stay in-the-know, make sure you look out for announcements for our next monthly town hall meeting on November 6th, as well other events! Attached is the Texas Senate Bill 3 document reviewed yesterday during the meeting, which relates to controversial civic studies curriculum, with important language highlighted by Nelson Jarrin, attorney and State House District 52 Candidate.
Our local school board, superintendent, and other elected officials have made it clear that their goal is to usurp the law and the rights of parents and taxpayers, and to turn our children into virtue signaling social justice warriors. And now the federal government is coming after our livelihoods by trying to enforce unconstitutional mandates and funneling money into school districts who are defying state law! NOW is the time to act if you don't agree with what is happening in our communities! Here are some easy ways to get involved...
Monday, October 4th: Flood the phone lines of Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick and Speaker of the House Dade Phelan. Tell them that you want legal protection from vaccine mandates and the prohibition of boys in girls' sports passed NOW! Bills have been filed during this third special session, and these are priority agenda items for the Governor, but these bills are stagnant and must be referred to appropriate committees IMMEDIATELY. Our government needs to start working for US!

The Temporary Injunction hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. this afternoon, and we need to show up in numbers to let our judicial system know that parents do not support the lawless actions of our rogue school board Trustees.

If you are denied, we’ll provide further guidance and assistance on the process to file a formal grievance.
Thursday, October 21st: Mark your calendar for RRISD’s next regular monthly school board meeting. During this meeting you can talk about anything on or off the agenda. Please come out and make your voices heard. We’ll send some suggested topics later this week. If you are not comfortable speaking, please come out and support with your physical presence.

1. Can you please advise the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?
2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?
3. Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?
4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?
5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?
6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?
8. Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible & liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?
Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:
1. You confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.
2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?
I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.

In place of an OSHA mandate that might not survive court review, the administration appears to be trying to use a backdoor plan by having agencies require both contractors and SUBCONTRACTORS to meet Biden’s federal employee vaccine requirement (which he HAS issued as an executive order) - I got an email about this yesterday, and it is the reason JetBlue and American have given for requiring employee vaccines.

Orient your focus to what you can directly influence. The people you see/talk to. The dollars you spend. The sources of your information.
Bit by bit. Grinding. Never quitting.
