I know many of you are facing job losses if you do not comply with unconstitutional and illegal “vaccine” jab mandates.

When my livelihood as a lawyer was threatened, I committed to using the blessings God had bestowed upon me to earn an income in a different way. Will I be successful? Time will tell. But I am working hard and trying to use my blessings for the good and enjoyment of others, even strangers. I especially love maintaining my land for the benefit of the wildlife created by God. And when you visit me, you will so enjoy seeing the land and the wildlife. The birds are abundant and magnificent!

God blesses ALL of us in different ways, but a blessing is a blessing. Always has been. Always will be.

So if one door closes on you because you stand on your principles, use the talents and skills God gave you when another door opens. It will.

Seek and you shall find.

No sane American voted for this nonsense and yet the Grand Old Party (GOP) plays the fiddle. The GOP (Republican Party) is absolutely pathetic. Talk about DO NOTHING. I want America back and I am going to fight for those who are willing to fight with me and for us all. We will not relent to this tyranny, we will fight at the local level against school boards, on street corners, in front of city halls, or states capitols or wherever each of us can have the greatest impact. We have to stop complaining and get off the couch and run against any politician that is not standing up for our constitutional rights. This is no more “politics as usual.” Our Nation is in grave risk.

Every Republican Governor can, should and must do more. Exercise big, bold, and courageous LEADERSHIP in your states immediately. I don’t know how else to say it. Your citizens are watching every move and they are not happy. To those republicans in the US Congress, you are not listening. The time to stand up for American values and principles, and our God-given constitutional rights is NOW!

Parent Town Hall Meeting Recap from yesterday. We received updates on recent and current legislation impacting public school students (CRT curriculum, vaccine mandates, boys in girls' sports), as well as information about the barrage of pending litigation against Round Rock ISD and efforts to bring criminal charges against the "Bad Faith Five" board members and Superintendent Dr. Azaiez for intentionally violating citizens' rights. Attached is the Texas Senate Bill 3 document reviewed yesterday during the meeting, which relates to controversial civic studies curriculum, with important language highlighted by Nelson Jarrin, attorney and State House District 52 Candidate.
Our local school board, superintendent, and other elected officials have made it clear that their goal is to usurp the law and the rights of parents and taxpayers, and to turn our children into virtue signaling social justice warriors. And now the federal government is coming after our livelihoods by trying to enforce unconstitutional mandates and funneling money into school districts who are defying state law! NOW is the time to act if you don't agree with what is happening in our communities! Here are some easy ways to get involved...
Monday, October 4th: Flood the phone lines of Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick and Speaker of the House Dade Phelan. Tell them that you want legal protection from vaccine mandates and the prohibition of boys in girls' sports passed NOW! Bills have been filed during this third special session, and these are priority agenda items for the Governor, but these bills are stagnant and must be referred to appropriate committees IMMEDIATELY. Our government needs to start working for US!

Thursday, October 7th: Show up at the Williamson County Courthouse in the 425th District Courtroom to support Attorney General Ken Paxton's efforts to enforce GA-38 and end the mask mandate in Round Rock ISD. The Temporary Injunction hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. this afternoon, and we need to show up in numbers to let our judicial system know that parents do not support the lawless actions of our rogue school board Trustees.

Friday, October 8th: Visit your child's campus and ask to join your student during their lunch hour inside the school. Parents have been excluded from schools for far too long and we must stand up for our right to reasonable access to campuses at any time. Document your experience with video or audio recording and share that in a reply to this email. If you are denied, we’ll provide further guidance and assistance on the process to file a formal grievance.
