You get hit with random wave of nothingness, you don't want to do nothing, you do don't feel like nothing. But at the same time your mind is worried, stressed and who knows more a random urge to just leave it all and just give up. You question if you matter only focusing on negative things that happened. And as a man you can't speak about it to anyone, some says not to look like they are looking for attention and some other reasons, but everyone have one person just waiting for them to ask even if someone else ask it doesn't feel right. You drown in your own thoughts, bad thing you did replaying even if you changed. It makes you to stop everything working out, socialising, your hobbies. You become the worse version of your self. It makes you wanna burst in tears.

Sometimes it's the reassurance from that person that calms us down sometimes it's the action we do, the change we see in our self. If it is the first one talk to that person push your self, if it is the actions also push your self the only thing limiting you from what you want to become is your self, it might not happen in days or weeks or even months, but how ever long it takes don't give up at all. You can't change because you can't let go, not because those stuffs are holding by nature we are not bound to any of them. It's your mind.
