The body needs to detox from all the mucus build-up. That's what a flu/cold is. A detox of the body to clean itself from mucus. Mucus is caused by toxins, both in our diet, environmental and in all pharma products. A cold/flu/pneumonia etc are not viruses and also none do exist. None have been isolated and therefore not proven to exist and not a single so-called raw virus is in ANY jabs. IT'S BEEN A SCAM AND DEPOP AGENDA from the start.
The best thing one can do is to when in detox mode is to cut off solid foods and drink pure water, fresh juices, chicken broth with onions, carrots, noodles and some chicken if hungry. No dairy and dairy products. Dairy in its pasturized form causes mucus build up. Raw and fresh is ok but not during the detox.
Lots of rest needed and focusing on getting the mucus out, so instead of suppression of coughing it's important to endure it and spit out the mucus/phlegm as often as the body brings it up. And runny nose is also great to get out all the impurities.

Why do people sharing a household, a class, classes, workplace, transportation, with the same group members, friends that hang out very often, often get a cold/flu (detox that is) at around the same time?
As group animals, when we live together in a group for a while, like in a house hold, school, workplace, our bodies start to do things around the same time.
It's part of our evolutionary surviving strategies.
For example when females hang out daily or nearly daily in a group, they all begin to get their periods around the same time.
Another aspect on this group detox is the fact that the group often eats from the same kitchen, canteen, or adopts a similar diet with the other group members. This results in the similar timing of a needed detox in the group members.
This may make it easier for the group members to rest and all be cleansed and done with the detox at the same time. - No physical exertion, no stressful situations, no exercise
