If you're coughing, your body is trying to expel mucus from the body. Mucus is the result of toxic build-up in the system. If it remains in the body, the results will be chronic illness.

Long term cough

Clearly the body is trying to expell impurities in the form of mucus, which can be a result of environmental toxins, toxins from food and drinks, inhalation of toxic chemicals, smoking, vaping, microplactics (from tea bags and other items), pharmaceuticals, toxins from jabs... Until all the toxins are removed from the individuals' daily life, the coughing will continue due to continuous toxic exposure.

One needs to eat clean, live clean, and spit out the mucus as often as possible.

Please encourage the person with the lingering cough, to spit out the mucus, when it comes up.

Many people just swallowing it down again as the cough brings it up. This then results in long term cough as the body constantly attempts to get rid of the toxic build-up.

Also its important to avoid all pasteurized daily products. Raw & organic milk products only.

And of course all Big Food products and packaged so-called foods full of preservatives.
