📱 How to Register on TenaStudy app

New to TenaStudy? Creating your account takes only a few steps:

1️⃣ Open TenaStudy and tap Get Started
2️⃣ Enter your name, email, and password
- Check “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”
- Tap Create Account
3️⃣ Choose Medicine as your school
4️⃣ Select Ethiopian Residency Matching Program (ERMP)
5️⃣Tap Finish Setup — you’re ready! ✅

📌 If you previously upgraded to the Premium version of the old TenaStudy app, you can simply log in using your existing email and password to access the new app.

🆕 New users and users who did not upgrade the previous version must first create an account (Sign Up) before using the app.

📢 Having Trouble Installing the TenaStudy PC Version?

If you encounter an error such as “VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found” when installing or opening the TenaStudy PC Version, it usually means that the required Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime files are missing from your computer.

🛠 How to Fix It

1️⃣ Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) from the official Microsoft link below:

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

2️⃣ After the download is complete, open the file and click Install.

3️⃣ Once the installation is complete, restart your computer. Then install TenaStudy app again.

✅ After completing these steps, TenaStudy should open and work normally.

⚙️ How to enable Dark mode and increase font size for better reading on TenaStudy app

You can now adjust the app to make studying more comfortable. 📚

🌙 Enable Dark Mode
Open Menu → Settings → Dark Mode and turn it on.

🔠 Increase Font Size
Go to Menu → Settings → Content font size, then tap + or move the slider.
The font-size setting applies to:
• Q-Bank questions
• Answers & explanations
• Course notes

📥 How to Download Offline Data on TenaStudy

You can easily download your TenaStudy study package and access your content offline on both Windows PC and Android.

💻 Windows PC
1️⃣ Open TenaStudy → Settings
2️⃣ Go to Offline downloads
3️⃣ Click Download again to save the offline package on your PC.

📱 Android
1️⃣ Open the menu ☰ → Settings
2️⃣ Tap Offline downloads
3️⃣ Tap Download again to save the offline package on your phone.

🔄 When new study content is available You’ll receive a “New data available” notification in the app.
👉 Simply tap Sync to download the latest content.

⏳ Please wait for the download to complete. (The Advanced Mode package may take longer.)
