My favorite cheap design trick to make everything look naturally well designed is corner smoothing. It makes rounded corners mimic the natural curvature of surfaces in the real world.
On figma, you can find the option under the 3 dots menu next to corner rounding.
For iOS, UIKit natively supports continuous curves via

My favorite way of utilizing this to build surfaces is by rounding corners extensively (~36 px for a mobile screen) then putting this rounding to 100% to achieve a “squirkle” effect
