You would think theres nothing to iterate on when it comes to ride hailing until how overdesigned uber is when it comes to the in-between services.
I was booking a ride and it literally asked me what flight I am boarding to take me to the closest gate to my flight. Recommended the optimum time to get out as well as the correct tier based on luggage. And all of this happens a day before so that a ride is waiting at your door in the morning, for no extra charge. Im genuinely not glazing but we are so so so behind when it comes to tech
