0. The rules apply to all users who interact in any way in this group, whether you are a member or not. Rule changes can be updated without the knowledge of their members.
1. The language of the channel and the group is English. Please fully adhere to this language in commenting or discussion in this group so that all other members of the group understand you and can answer you.
2. Since the theme of the channel is about Telegram, it is important to comply with its terms of service, which, by the way, you automatically agreed to. Therefore, it is forbidden to engage in all those activities that can be complained about within the application.
3. Full departure to off-topic is prohibited. For communication on other topics, you have other different and diverse groups.
4. This is not an OTC group, so please do not request/create sales/deals with NFTs there, use Fragment or other 3-party marketplaces for this. Also, you can’t spam participants in PM for any reason.
5. Please do not pampering with bot and AI commands, as well as "whispers" — you have DM and other groups for this.
6. You can challenge automatic or unjustified blockages with the administrator @duck_com or in the channel's direct. Manual penalties are imposed depending on the severity of the violation of the rules.
Additionally, user @ephi_ml is prohibited from sending messages containing obscene language.
