Say goodbye to manually storing user IDs in props.
• Bot.getUsers() returns an array of user/chat IDs
• This method must be awaited
Optional filters available:
• chatType: group / private / channel
• premiumOnly: true
Default behavior:
Returns all chats excluding channels.
