Lemme explain the pros and cons of both things
If music bots have require all perms to work then some owners can misuse of that (i got many complains with this like music bots banning every person in group, a groups with more than 3k members got down to 10 members in just some minutes 😐)
Well it has some benefits for owners and sudo users 1. (they can broadcast something using bot and pin them too if have permission and so users can get the latest update or information about the bot by seeing the pin message) 2. (If have ban perm then they can gban useless users / abusers all through their bot)
If music bots can work without admin rights, then you will know from before that it can work without these ban permissions and so you will find it suspicious if the bots asks for ban permission and then u can just remove the bot and use other bots
Well this not good for owners / sudoers as they feel proud in it that they can gban someone from 500 600 chats and they cant do this as the bot has not given any permissions
Same for broadcast, if not has pin permission then that broadcast message can get easily missed
