What is floodwait error ?
On excessive usage of telegram api (like this bot uploading many files), telegram puts a limit on bot to not able to work for a specific duration

A major mistake i did in its code, which was causing only one bot to be used
So till now all that uploader bots were sleeping and only one bot was uploading all files so was getting errors 🙄
Now the problem was fixed, Also the sleep duration decreased now while uploading

Users can now add their file to the queue for conversion. Bot will process 3 videos at max simultaneously. Whenever bot gets free it will process your video

- The bot will handle a maximum of 5 videos at once, queuing any additional ones.
- File uploads are now faster, thanks to the use of raw Telegram bot API instead of Pyrogram clients.

- Additionally, the file segment (Ts file) size has been decreased to 3 MB per file, allowing for faster playback, especially on slower internet connections.

- We've made a minor improvement to the /convert command. Now, if a video has multiple quality options and one fails to upload due to an error, the other qualities will continue to be uploaded, bypassing the one with the error.
The most common cause of these upload failures is that the size of the .ts file exceeds 20MB.
Why the 20MB limit?
The stream API utilizes the Telegram bot API, which imposes a 20MB limit on file downloads. Consequently, .ts files larger than 20MB are not supported and will result in an error.
