🔍 What Went Wrong?

- During a 7-second hot fire test on June 8, ISRO detected a liquid oxygen (LOX) leak in the Falcon 9's propulsion bay

- SpaceX proposed a purge fix, but ISRO insisted on low-temperature leak testing and full validation

- That insistence led SpaceX to deeper inspection, uncovering a weld crack in the oxidizer line — a dangerous fault missed during prior refurbishments

- SpaceX replaced the faulty oxidizer line
