iPhone Duo is hitting major supply chain hurdles ahead of availability!
- Low Yield Rates(60%) // could take another six months to a year for the assembly line to reach a mature yield.
- Low yields, Delayed deliveries and last-minute design changes for Samsung Display’s foldable OLED panels and the 100+ component hinge assembly
- Global stock targets for 2026 are only estimated at 6–8 million units. Usually, new flagship iPhones sell 20–30 million units.
There are high chances of a stock shortage for the iPhone Duo.

Apple Pay is live in India
The Debit or Credit Card option is now showing in the Wallet app, you can add your card and pay with your iPhone or Apple Watch online, in apps and in shops with contactless payments
Right now only Axis Bank Visa and Mastercard credit cards are supported, no RuPay, rollout is going out in phases
Basically it works only at shops and terminals which have enabled Apple Pay, so it can work at one terminal and fail at another for now
HDFC, ICICI and SBI Card are not there yet, reportedly Apple wants around 0.2% fee on every transaction, banks earn only around 0.4 to 0.5% in the payments layer so talks are still going on
Zomato and Blinkit already added an option to pay via Apple Pay 🛍️🛒

Nvidia has a new problem in China, DeepSeek and Huawei are now working together 👀
AI chips need software to run, and most AI companies use $NVDA chips because Nvidia's software CUDA is what everyone already knows how to use
Now DeepSeek, the Chinese AI company, has teamed up with Huawei and is giving away free software tools so developers can easily use Huawei's AI chips instead, DeepSeek says its tools are even easier than Nvidia's and still get full power from the chip
So if this works, Chinese AI companies won't need Nvidia as much and Nvidia can lose a big chunk of business in China, still early days but this is a big move
