Utkarsh mindset

5G users may face network issues due to telecom operators 🚨

- TRAI has proposed Quality of Service (QoS) rules for 5G network slicing.
- The aim is to ensure dedicated 5G services don’t use too many network resources and affect regular users.
- Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea oppose the proposed rules.
- Telcos say limits on Physical Resource Block (PRB) utilisation could reduce flexibility in managing their networks.

TRAI’s main concern is that specialised 5G services should not come at the cost of a regular user’s network experience.
