OPPO is reportedly planning to move away from Sony sensors and rely on Samsung for its upcoming mid-range and Flagship lineup. This shift is no longer just about cost. OPPO is planning to adopt 200MP sensors across different price ranges and sensor sizes, something Sony currently cannot offer. Alongside Samsung, OPPO is also exploring other manufacturers for more affordable options.

The deleted guides said 16GB is “enough for most gamers,” while 32GB is the “no-worries” upgrade for demanding games, heavy multitasking, and large mods.
The change happened shortly after Microsoft reintroduced 8GB RAM Surface laptops.
