*Key Responsibilities:*
1. HR Operations: Manage onboarding to exit formalities.
2. Query Management: First point of contact for resolving employee queries.
3. Data & Analytics: Maintain 100% integrity in SAP and create advanced Excel trackers (Pivots/VLOOKUP).
4. Presentations: Prepare monthly review decks using MS PowerPoint.
5. Engagement: Execute wellness camps and "Employee Connect" initiatives.
*Eligibility Criteria:* Experience: 6 months –3 years as an HR Generalist.
*Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
*Technical Skills:* Advanced MS Office (Excel & PPT);
SAP experience preferred (Not Mandatory)
*Attributes:* High energy, detail-oriented, and polished communication skills.
*Compensation:* Max CTC Offered Up to ₹4.00 LPA
