Listview.builder
من حيث performance ؟

الListview الي تستخدم array مباشرة ما تستعمل مبدأ recycle لان انت دتكله حرفيا لود كلشي بداخل listview بتالي كلما زادت الitems زاد ال cpu و memory consume.

بينما باستخدام builder الفلاتر مستعمل كونسبت recycler view بحيث الitems فقط الي on visible position حيصيرله rendering. ( مستحسن للinfinite scrolling )
