Respected Sir,

I am a Student of IGNOU my Enrollment Number is .................. & Program Code is ................. I submitted 2nd-year/semester Re-Registration Fees on (Mention RR Date) and Money has been deducted from my bank account whose transaction id is ................ But it is being shown on the website that I have not deposited any fee and showing status is "Fees Not Paid". For your reference, I have also attached a transaction screenshot. Kindly check from your side and solve my problem as soon as possible.
