PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF USE & SERVICE CONDITIONS

Applicable to all bots and services operated by @TheStarBots and @TheStarDeals

The present Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and User Agreement collectively constitute a legally binding understanding governing every automated service, bot, utility, premium facility, promotional activity, and digital product administered, maintained, or otherwise operated by @TheStarBots. By initiating any interaction with any of our bots or by purchasing any product or service, every user shall be conclusively deemed to have examined, comprehended, and irrevocably accepted every provision contained herein without limitation or reservation.

1. Our bots operate exclusively as automated intermediary utilities and demonstration software. We neither originate, curate, supervise, endorse, authenticate, nor exercise editorial or operational control over any content processed, requested, retrieved, or transmitted through our services.

2. No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected, permanently retained, commercially exploited, transferred, or disclosed. Any temporary technical processing exists solely for operational execution and shall not be interpreted as persistent storage.

3. Every user assumes sole, absolute, and unconditional responsibility for all actions performed through our bots, including compliance with applicable copyright, intellectual property, privacy, telecommunications, cybercrime, and other statutory regulations within their jurisdiction.

4. We expressly disclaim every representation, warranty, undertaking, or guarantee concerning the legality, ownership, authenticity, licensing status, quality, availability, or accuracy of any downloadable content accessible through our services.

5. Certain automated functionalities may communicate with independent third-party platforms solely for request fulfilment. Such platforms operate independently, and their respective policies, limitations, and legal obligations shall exclusively govern those interactions.

6. Under no circumstance shall @TheStarBots,@TheStarDeals, their administrators, developers, moderators, affiliates, or representatives incur liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, contractual, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or misuse of any service.

7. Premium subscriptions, paid products, memberships, and digital services are provided strictly on a NON-REFUNDABLE basis unless our team conclusively determines that complete delivery has become technically impossible due exclusively to our own failure.

8. Any abusive conduct, harassment, defamatory remarks, intimidation, threats, fraudulent activity, chargeback attempts, extortion, unnecessary arguments, disrespectful behaviour, or hostile communication directed toward @TheStarBots, @TheStarDeals, or any member of the administration shall immediately terminate eligibility for delivery, replacement, compensation, promotional benefits, or refund, entirely at our discretion.

9. Any published delivery estimate, including but not limited to 48 Hours, shall automatically exclude every period during which the purchaser remains unavailable, fails to acknowledge communication, neglects to provide requested information, or otherwise delays the completion process. Such inactive duration shall not constitute part of the advertised delivery timeframe.

10. Replacement requests shall be considered only after submission of a legitimate review and shall remain entirely discretionary. Submission of a review shall not create any entitlement or guarantee. Replacement shall be offered exclusively where commercially, operationally, and technically feasible.

11. Promotional services are furnished on a best-effort basis only. Subscriber acquisition, engagement, visibility, conversion, revenue generation, reach, impressions, retention, or any comparable performance metric is neither promised nor implied.

12. Service availability, infrastructure stability, server uptime, processing speed, and uninterrupted

functionality are not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued without prior notification whenever operational necessity so requires.

13. This Policy may be amended, substituted, interpreted, expanded, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without advance notice. Continued utilisation of any bot or service following such modification shall constitute automatic acceptance of the revised provisions.

FINAL DECLARATION

ALL ADMINISTRATIVE DETERMINATIONS OF @TheStarBots SHALL BE FINAL, CONCLUSIVE, ABSOLUTE, AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. EXCEPT IN CASES OF VERIFIED NON-DELIVERY ATTRIBUTABLE SOLELY TO OUR TEAM, NO REFUND, REVERSAL, COMPENSATION, OR REIMBURSEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER.
