The Tate brothers emerged from court today with broad smiles on their faces. Sources inform me that the judge at the Court of Appeal in Bucharest raised several questions concerning the indictment and some of the evidence collected.

It’s quite possible that DIICOT has made some errors; they’ve certainly done so in similar human trafficking cases in the past. I’ll have more details in the coming hours, but this is undoubtedly an intriguing turn of events.Another hearing scheduled for the 29th of this month.
