Do you have your weaknesses ready
DO YOU HAVE YOUR WEAKNESSES READY?
Some beautiful friends asked me about this question, and here is sort of what I answered:
Actually, the phrase was supposed to be βdo you have your weakness readyβ, as Neg48 used to say. That would be 345 in Gematria, which is the same as βdo you have your popcorn readyβ. I wrote it wrongly here - but later realized even better, because then it became a 369β¦
However I like that question, and pose it to myself each day (well letβs pretend I remember to).
It refers to our left hemisphere, our cracks and shadows. Where are my vulnerabilities? What provokes me?
The way I see it, now is the time to examine our weaknesses. Find them, accept them, βcontrolβ them. To not lose it all and freak out, later. To be able to help others and be in service. For the children. To stand seeing the truth about what has happened to them. To comfort those who were totally unprepared.
I donβt mean as in make all the weaknesses go away, but the opposite. More like: use them! When I make a mistake while painting, after swearing a bit, I try to turn that one thing into something special instead. Something I never would have thought of. And it often becomes the best thing about the painting.
I love defects. In people, in art, houses, music, voices, nature. In characters on stage or in movies. The vulnerable is so much more interesting and touching and life-changing, than the perfect?
Maybe knowing our weaknesses is just as important as knowing our strengths. Maybe our weaknesses ARE our strengths.
In this photo, it just so happened to be perfectly, defectly, symbolized by some rejected drafts, and the orange peel just laying around on my messy table. The peel - the so called garbage, is what makes it catch the eye?
And also the misspelling that turned out to be a 369.

HOW WOULD CHURCH TREAT JESUS, IF HE REALLY DID COME BACK?
The guys behind this prank say that Jesus didnβt like when people made money on faith, and that if he came back now he would reveal the pyramide scheme that church has become.
They also talk about how absurd it is that βJesusβ gets beaten with his own biography in this church, and compare it to Harrison Ford getting beaten with a DVD box of his collected works π
