Giant Water Main Floods a Dozen blocks in Philadelphia
A break in a water main in the southwest of the city left at least five people needing rescued, as floods submerged basements and even vehicles at street level.
The authorities has issued evacuation warnings, with temperatures way below freezing.

A four-alarm blaze has been captured on camera in the city of Orange, with an explosion reported at what's believed to be a mattress foam manufacturing business. (CBS)
Local firefighters arrived on the scene to put down the initial flames when the blast happened.
At least one storage area and two vehicles were destroyed during the incident, but no surrounding buildings appear to have been damaged. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
