Rather than submit a memorandum of law in response
pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(c)(2), Ms. Erickson filed a motion for the appointment of special
federal prosecutor [ECF Doc. No. 10] and a number of exhibits relating to outlandish acts
of some alleged satanic cult referred to as the Luciferian Brotherhood [ECF Doc. No. 13-
2]. Ms. Erickson did not cite any case law, statute, or rule, and made no argument in
opposition to the motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be
granted

There was no document labeled "answer to counterclaim" or any document
that could be reasonably construed as an answer to the counterclaim or motion asserting
any affirmative defenses.

When it is brought to the court outside of the BAR system.. when you have the evidence, you pound the truth.. when you got nothing.. you pound the table..

Law Enforcement Cooperation Between United States and Mexico Leads to Mexican Takedown of Significant Human Smugglers

PHOENIX, Ariz. – The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona announced the U.S Attorney’s Office has prosecuted U.S.-based coordinators & operators with alleged ties to the same smuggling organization including Benjamin Gallegos, Amalia Gonzalez-Lara, Sergio Vazquez-Flores, Macario Ulises Barragan-Cisneros, Jaziel Tienda-Ibarra, Daniel Garcia-Salgado, Cesar Bermeo-Diaz, Isamar Chaparro-Vizcarra, and Oswaldo Tienda-Castro.

These 9 individuals have been convicted of Conspiracy to Transport and Harbor Illegal Aliens for Profit. Additional alleged coordinators for the organization have been indicted by a federal grand jury on alien smuggling charges including Enrique Villalobos-Lopez & Ian Esteban Serrano.
