🚨Leader Of Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio Indicted For Conspiracy & Other Offenses Related To J6🚨

🔹Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, the former national chairman of the Proud Boys, was arrested today & charged with one count of each conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding & obstruction of an official proceeding, as well as 2 counts each of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers & destruction of government property.
🔹Others named in the superceding indictment include Ethan Nordean; Joseph Biggs; Zachary Rehl; Charles Donohoe; and Dominic Pezzola. All previously detained. They earlier pled not guilty to charges.
🔹Prosecutors allege that Tarrio led the advance planning of the riot & also remained in contact with other members of the Proud Boys as they breached the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Tarrio isn’t accused of participating in the riot.
🔹Tarrio had been ordered to stay out of Washington DC, after being released from custody the day before for burning a BLM flag.

LAWFARE 2020 UPDATE!!!

A few days ago, I was informed by the State Bar of Arizona that it is re-opening an investigation of me with respect to the Sidney Powell 2020 election lawsuit.

What did I do??? I entered an appearance at Sidney’s request a few days after she drafted and filed the lawsuit. That’s it. I had nothing to do with the drafting and filing of the complaint or any of the pleadings she filed. Sidney has affirmed the truth of my statement in a bar filing.

I filed the notice of appearance because I thought Sidney anticipated possibly needing a trial lawyer when she asked me to enter an appearance to possibly help her.

She did not. The complaint was dismissed less than 5 days after I entered the appearance.

Then Sidney filed an appeal and listed my name on the appeal without my knowledge or consent. She thereafter dismissed the appeal.

What did I do wrong?

NOTHING.

Why is the “investigation” being reopened?

LAWFARE.

Sidney Powell initially hired a lawyer to represent all the lawyers who were told they were being investigated. I was thereafter told by Sidney that the Arizona Bar had decided not to pursue charges.

Now the Bar decides to re-open the investigation and the lawyer Sidney had retained for ALL informs me that he is withdrawing from representing me.

To date, I have been unable to locate an Arizona lawyer who is willing to represent me. ALL the lawyers I have contacted have turned me down quickly without discussion.

Does anyone smell a rat or is it just me???

Does anyone know a God-fearing lawyer in Arizona who would be willing to help me? I have a March 28 deadline to respond.

Wow! No good deed goes unpunished when lawfare is being waged against you. The unanswered question is who is behind the campaign to disbar me and destroy my hard-earned reputation as an ethical and honest lawyer worthy of belief?

Today I was informed that my former law colleagues, Nicole J. Wade, Jonathan D. Grunberg, and G. Taylor Wilson are going to sue me on March 16 for defamation because I expressed my First Amendment protected opinion on Telegram that I believe their fraud case against me was an attempt to extort me.

They demanded a retraction. I will not retract. My opinion was lawfully expressed.

There are no coincidences.

A few days ago, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals requested that I provided the Clerk with all Bar complaints filed against me and any civil case against me alleging fraud in order to consider the renewal of my admission to practice before that Court. First time I recall such a request in the 45 years during which I have been a member of the 11th Circuit Bar.

I see the handwriting on the wall. Do you?

There are no coincidences.

What is going on???

Where are lawyers with courage to stand with me to fight this bar association tyranny?

No where to be found.
