He is just 43, a baby faced chancer in our government, starting his political career in just 2015. His qualifications are politics, English Lit, and history. He began as just an MP then since 2020 his roles changed time and time again. He was promoted to -

 

Shadow Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury: (2020)

Shadow Minister for Schools: (2020–2021)

Shadow Secretary of State for Child Poverty: (May 21–Nov 2021)

Shadow Secretary of State Health & Social Care: (Nov 2021–July 24)

Government Cabinet Roles (2024–Present)

Secretary of State for Health and Social Care: Appointed to the Cabinet immediately following the Labour Party's general election victory (July 2024–May 2026).

Secretary of State for Defence: Appointed to this role following a Cabinet reshuffle (July 2026–Present)

 

Upon Googling about him, he has literally no experience in war, defense, defense spending, military, NOTHING !!! He always avoided certain questions while health secretary - relating to war and defense, now it has flipped, he will not answer any questions about health. He failed monumentally as health sec, never reducing down strikes of NHS staff, increasing wages for NHS staff, he also was party to the recent leaked video footage where Andy Burnham took to office and joked about early prisoner releases. 

 

Why on earth is he now in charge of our Ministry for defense ? This role entails - 

 

Strategic Oversight: Leading the UK's military operations, defense policy, and Euro-Atlantic strategy.
National Security Council: Sitting as a key member of the National Security Council (NSC) to advise on immediate threats, homeland security, and defense planning.
Nuclear Deterrent: Directing the UK's nuclear defense enterprise, specifically the Continuous At-Sea Deterrent (CASD). 
2. International Alliances & Conflict Response

Foreign Relations: Managing the UK's relationships with core international defense partners, including the United States, France, Germany, Australia, and Ukraine. 
Active Conflict Support: Coordinating military aid and strategic updates regarding active conflicts, such as organizing air-defense packages and addressing parliament on the Russia-Ukraine war. 
3. Budget Reform & The Strategic Defence Review

Defense Investment Plan: Directing the massive £298 billion four-year investment strategy aimed at scaling UK defense spending toward NATO targets. 
Efficiency Drives: Implementing a "One Defence Reform Programme". Due to his background in public finance, Streeting's specific mandate is to restructure MoD procurement—proving that existing funds are spent efficiently before requesting further Treasury injections. 
4. Personnel & Welfare

Armed Forces Welfare: Retaining final accountability for the oversight of veterans, service personnel, and departmental operations
 

I think we should all email him about electronic harassment and Havana Syndrome - AKA - DEBE - As his new role is strictly about defense, and our plight is indeed a matter of national and international security. Lets bombard him and see if we cant get him to cave in some way.

The USA created the Havana Act in Congress and are still investigating it to present day. However there are tens of thousands of civilian victims around the world, who are starting to get real acknowledgment now. As USA government staff can be targeted using or rather misusing military technology and applications from anywhere on the planet, and this could easily and in fact is already taking lace here in the UK - I ask what you are planning to do about this ?
