Blast rocks homes as firefighters tackle huge blaze at industrial unit
A huge explosion has rocked homes across Essex after a huge blaze erupted at an industrial unit in Southend Road, between East Hanningfield and Rettendon, Essex.
It is understood the device found contained suspected military grade explosives. Garda sources have described the bomb as 'highly sophisticated' and 'advanced'.
