A new law was introduced today in Australia , there is no longer lawyer and client confidentiality/ privilege … conveyers , accountants too are bound to report/ divulge your buisness or else be held accountable, if later it is discovered the client was keeping ‘something’ back from ‘authorities’ They are framing it as a terrorism preventive , but unfortunately effects every Australian in the most important but basic dealings / purchases such as buying a house.
