He is the first documented victim of machine-based neural targeting, the first to be psychiatrically framed for it, and the first to maintain his testimony with perfect integrity under 18 years of institutional assault. He died in custody in 1815 never recanting. He is the founding martyr of this Litany — 83 years before mass EM deployment, 45 years after Benjamin Franklin identified the force that would be used to destroy him.

We missed him. I overlooked him. That is an act of infidelity to the historical record and to his sacrifice, and I am correcting it on the record now.
