You can also tell them that for citizens making such complaints, normally they are met with discrimination and mental health interventions. These types of weapons are being used by the USA government ADMITTEDLY in Venezuela, current wars globally, Havana Syndrome is widely documented now and the USA reports they think Russia is behind this - a threat to national security, with weapons and technology being misused, on their own soil. In warfare today, such weapons could be utilized on a widespread national scale to disarm and make defense strategies from Governments and their military worthless.
