U.S Intelligence officials examining Havana Syndrome say the only plausible explanation for a small number of cases is a device or a weapon of some kind.
1. Pic up the inbound ultrasound via mic/scanner
2. send the ultrasound digital signal to a signal processor and convert to audible audio.
3. Play standard ALARM followed by audible audio
