31:14 Dr Horton is right. This happens to my muscles. I’ve posted a lot of vibes of it being don’t to my legs, arms and hands. And I was able to capture the “microwave” burn from start to finish as they hit my chest and face with it. They’ve melted most of my teeth after burning bored holes in them. I have scars from these weapons that are in perfect rectangle shape all over my body. Missing spots of hair, sigils burned into my skin like a branding was done, multiple emergency surgeries from organ rupture or failure, one surgery was from my kidneys swelling shut and my ureters exploding. They had to repair both tubes and get all the blood out of my abdomen. These weapons are brutal and if people won’t wake up and start fighting this (FISA needs to be held accountable for not doing their f’ing job that we pay them to do!) everyone is cooked! Literally. Guns mean nothing. They can’t protect you from this.
