"My Vest Recommendations for TI’s
I wear the Xenolite 630VS vest night and day; but I opt for more thickness at night (0.35 mm) versus day (0.175 mm)
I wear the Xenolite 630 VS vest during the day at a thickness of 0.175 mm. I’ve found this thickness is Ideal for TI’s for daytime wear. It’s about half as lite than the standard ~0.35 mm. This makes a big difference when you wear it all day under your clothes, like I do. The 0.175 mm thickness is also enough to block all the DEW I face by day. (Note Jan 2020: I am currently testing 0.125 mm as well). When ordering, choose option: 600-B Lead composite.
I wear the Xenolite 630 VS vest during the night at a thickness of 0.35mm. I face more targeting at night, especially when I sleep so I need more protection. (I’ve found this works for everything I face, but if you feel your targeting is extreme, Xenolite has an option to make the thickness 0.5 mm. By default the vest back thickness is 0.25mm but you can customize that and make it thicker if you are hit in the back often.) When ordering, choose option: 600-B Lead composite.

#2a — Body Wear — Shielding your Body against EMF attacks
Protect your body from DEW
Most useful page on the bar-ray website might be this one;
https://www.bar-ray.com/apron-manufacturers
If you know from which direction(s) you're being whacked, seems you could make a shelter fairly easily that would protect against DEW attacks using the materials available.

I get a lot of satellite torture/harassment personally (being progenitor of UK Space Command) ... this material would allow me to make a simple canopy over my desk it would seem, to protect me from DEW raining down from geo-stationary sats. :)
Which was one of the things I was interested to cost; and now, I might be able to. :)
Finally, after a day ploughing around dental apron manufacturers/retailers, a competitor to the recommended VESTS (full torso protection), this:
https://www.kempermedical.com/shop/full-panoramic-poncho-dental-x-ray-apron/?nab=0
Note, it's also (UNLIKE ALMOST ALL DENTAL APRONS) a wrap-around; thus giving full torso protection!
Cheap, too @ MSRP USD 117.24.
If you're completely on a zero budget and 30-50 dollars makes a huge difference you cannot make, this would be the one to buy AFAICT atm.

Full Panoramic Poncho Dental X-Ray Apron
Full Panoramic Poncho Dental X-Ray Apron - $149.00 and No Taxes
Note, it's 0.3mm Pb eqivalency (way higher than Jay recommends for daytime use (0.175)) ... thus should give full protection day or night from DEW, up to and including x-rays.
What it won't do is be able to be worn outside of the home without showing.... But if you need protection at home ... seems to be the cheapest option I can find (in fact only) apron giving wrap-around-torso coverage.
I was wondering ... would it be possible to get hold of this material free; from the xenolite brochure (.pdf above):
"Every year, more than 150,000 lead
X-ray aprons are thrown in the trash,
adding in excess of 1 million pounds of
toxic lead metal waste around the world."
If you have ZERO funds; try getting hold of an apron just thrown away (better than nothing!).

The kilt provides coverage so electronic sexual harassment can be reduced (for further reduction, see my post on Folding). "

The FOLDING post;
"A Classic Case of using Folding of your Shielding Material to Defend Better
The classic example is when perps use EMF to carry out a sexual attack. This happens in the genital area or backside. This kind of attack, pretty much by definition, is going to be a specific part of the body. The attack area will not move much. So therefore it is perfect situation where “folding” your lead rubber EMF shielding will help."

Lead rolls, for shielding (UK supplier); note, they do standard sizes (which do NOT go as low as 1/32" (1/32 inch is 0.079375 centimetre), but size 3 = 1.32 mm
https://www.britishlead.co.uk/fluidcms/files/files/Sizing-Guide.pdf
Jewson (building supplier with many outlets around the UK) sells size 4 (1.80mm) rolls (3 meters x 15 cm = 0.45 m squared of coverage) for just £39.19 inclusive of VAT (for another £20, delivered).
https://www.jewson.co.uk/p/blm-lead-flashing-sheet-code-4-3m-x-150mm-grey-PBLDF330
If using for e.g. to smear over a bicycle helmet to stop extremely heavy DEW / Syntel (the very high grade beyond black military tech which comes at me), that's going to make one very heavy helmet indeed (9kg or so), so not ideal.
I am still looking for a UK supplier of the lesser thickness of size / code 4 (1.32 mm), that can be collected via a building supplier with nationwide outlets, so any UK TI can benefit from my research.
Will advise if I can/can't find such a supplier.

Head Shielding (defense against subtle attacks, mental manipulation)
Protecting your head from DEW and RNM
If anyone reading out there gets the full VR/V2K syntel (syntel = synthetic telepathy) torture like I do (e.g. sound of a amoured personnel carrier gunning through it's gears coming down the road at you full of troops, which then get out and surround your building {all not actually present}) ... and if in the unlikely event you manage to resist the neural overload to dive around trying to dodge the bullets (they've perfected the bullet sound 100% now :( ) ... the TANK coming down the road, stopping outside of your building and turning it's turrent to fire a shell at you lols ... what fun; this bike helmet covered in lead seems to be the best defence to that type of attack from everything Jay has written so far, and I'm going to be trying it (as I've had that horror of an attack - perhaps the worst of them all) a few times now ... and I'm not sure my heart can take many more.
If you also get e.g. military helicopter syntel (overhead, firing down at you through the roof of your home etc) ... basically all the high grade beyond black (still) syntel torture = recommended to try this defence for the cost of a bicycle helmet (which you may have already) + sub £40.00 ... gotta be worth a try.
I assume 0.45 meter squared would be enough to cover one bicycle helmet, but if not, twice that is still sub-£100 for what may come close to total protection from this type of attack.

ahah ... finally found a supplier of Code 3 (1.32mm ... the thinnest (standard made) lead in the UK afaict:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Length-Lead-Flashing-Roofing-Midland/dp/B01N06ZSJ3/ref=sr_1_3?th=1
Note you can buy up to 6m length (thus coverage of around 90cm squared, almost a meter; should be PLENTY ENOUGH FOR COVERAGE OF HEAD!!). The 6m version is sold by a different supplier to all the other sizes note; 5m down in size = 97% approval rating for the supplier, so I would suggest max that (and skip the 6m supplier, who has hardly any recommendations or sales).
The 5m x 0.15m roll = 0.75 meter squared of coverage at one layer thick.

"Lead aprons
Lead aprons are one of the key parts of personal radiation protection equipment along with lead gloves, lead glasses, and thyroid shields.
In medical imaging, there are two main types 1:
0.25 mm lead equivalence
weighs 1-5 kg ("lightweight apron")
attenuates 75% of the x-ray beam at 50 kVp
attenuates 51% of the x-ray beam at 100 kVp
0.5 mm lead equivalence
weighs 3-7 kg ("heavy apron")
attenuates 99.9% of the x-ray beam at 50 kVp
attenuates 75% of the x-ray beam at 100 kVp
0.35 mm lead equivalent aprons are also in use, with performance between the 0.25 and 0.5 mm lead equivalent aprons. The choice between the different aprons lies between the balance of radiation protection and injury from wearing a heavier apron."

The above implies shielding with lead for the head/helmet at 0.5mm lead equivalence = almost 100% effective at stopping even X-rays!
