ATM I've been sleeping in a shieldapparels.com beanie when targeted (which is most of the time); I will be swapping that out for the new purchase from now on whenever I'm sure I'm under attack, like recently (when the pulse microwave attack gets picked up by my speakers).

If you know for sure you get DEW attacks onto the chest, the bad news is that heart muscle does not repair apparently. My advice would be thus to get yourself the recomended kit for chest protection asap; I agree with Jay; head, then heart/chest = the right order to focus resources on shielding if you decide to shield at all. Note, many people who think they are under 'DEW' attack are actually not (it's mind control torture ... making you think you are receiving electroshock torture (e.g. in my case the 'bee stings' (2014) ... a thousand plus of them on the same spots (horror) ... thus HEAD FIRST ... exclude that before spending (more expensive) on chest shielding.
