Comey ran the FBI like a mob boss. The amount of dishonesty and abuses of justice he brought about are wide and deep. He normalized entrapping people, routinely having FBI agents convince people to plan things and commit crimes. All so other FBI agents could swoop in and make a big deal about stopping terrorists/crimes. Too many FBI made "criminals", people that had been con'd by under cover agents, have had their lives ruined because of Comey and the practices he put in place. He is a total scumbag that both the right and left should applaud this and be for him facing consequences.

Don't forget George Papadopoulos. He was targeted by the intelligence apparatus under renown torturer, John Brennan, just for being in the Trump campaign. Many others were targeted for setup operations. GP was set up and ultimately charged for lying to investigators exactly like Flynn and others. He ultimately spent I think 14 days in jail for basically being wrong on an order of operations when talking to the FBI interrogators. They attempted to give him $10,000 in foreign money, redirected his plane as it came back into the USA, and interrogated him on little sleep. He did not keep the money with him and left it with a lawyer in Israel where he was given it. This was their 3rd or 4th attempt to trap him.
