When I was 15 in 1988. I hazelwood MO, I was hanging at a parking lot next to my friend's house around 10pm, It was me and two of my friends who were girls, along with my buddy. We seen an ice cream truck and itvwas at the time they actually rang the bell... This ice cream truck was ringing it all slowly and eerily, it was going down a the street over from us. So me and my 2 girl friends jumped the fence to go check it out, my friend Allison yelled "hay ice-cream man" I was like shhhhhhhh, don't do that!.. But she did.. The truck stopped and we started walking up to the truck and this old black guy was driving, the truck up close looked like it had no ice cream inside and the man just had a menacing look, I looked at his eyes and just felt evil. I made everyone run, and we ran to a house nearby that my friend knew the lady who lived there.. We went in and she called the police, but by the time they got there he was long gone.... I will always remember that and hadn't thought about that in many years till I seen this video... This is some scary stuff, and possibly has been going on much Longer than you think... We didn't have phones and cameras back then.

Watching this and hearing all that Kemp has to say, especially given his seniority with respect to anti-terrorism work, I believe that we are observing a breakdown of democracy as a viable form of government. When Kemp says the politicians understand what is going on very well but don't know what to do about it, given short term power under democracy, it become clear that this is the bottom line. Democracy has failed and now can't fix its failures. Ergo a bloody fight is going to happen and god knows where that will lead us. What a total moronic MESS!

Russia was very patient with the commando head offices in Kiev, called Embassies! It is known, the German Embassy is the Head Control of all NATO forces in the Ukraine with direct communication with the US strategic Head office Wiesbaden Germany, coordination of all US forces involved in the war against Russia in the Ukraine., so is the UK embassy for the GB mercenaries.
