The Secretary, acting through the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, shall notify the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Terrorist Screening Center and the National Counterterrorism Center not later than 24 hours after making a determination in the negative pursuant to subsection (b) or (c), as the case may be, with respect to a Department nomination of an individual for inclusion in the terrorist watchlist, including subsets of such watchlist, such as the No Fly List, the Selectee List, and watchlist exceptions, or other terrorism databases, or successors of such watchlist or other terrorism databases, and include in any such notification a request, if appropriate, for an associated correction or retraction with respect to such inclusion.
(e)
Consultation with FBI and NCTC
If the Secretary determines a correction or retraction, as appropriate and as the case may be, under subsection (d) with respect to the inclusion of an individual in the terrorist watchlist, including subsets of such watchlist, such as the No Fly List, the Selectee List, and watchlist exceptions, or other terrorism databases, or successors of such watchlist or other terrorism databases has not been effectuated by the date that is 30 days after a request relating thereto was made pursuant to such subsection, the Secretary shall promptly consult with the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, as appropriate, regarding any decision or justification by either such Director, as appropriate, relating to such correction or retraction, as the case may be.
(f)
Report to Congress
The Secretary shall annually submit to the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate a report containing information relating to the number of identities, disaggregated by United States person identities and non-United States person identities, referred for corrections or retractions pursuant to this section, and the number of nominations recalled or reissued as a result of such referrals.

In this section:

Terrorist watchlist
The term terrorist watchlist has the meaning given the term terrorist screening database in section 2101.

Psychiatric Fraud
Many TI’s are hit with the fraudulent psychiatric system each year. The United States Government and the Deep State are using this system to abuse the rights of citizens. This is being done to silence dissent, critics of government policy, and whistleblowers. There are numerous examples of individuals being forcibly confined to a mental hospital, when their only offense was challenging government corruption. The Diagnostic Symptoms Manual (DSM-5) has been substantially revised to include fake diseases for all kinds bogus symptoms, making it easier to silence critics and whistleblowers. The latest revision to the DSM-5 was a carefully orchestrated government exercise, that was done under secrecy and a lack of transparency, which many doctors have complained about.
This fraud is relevant to Targeted Individuals because to maintain the torture program, the CIA must convince the public that TI's are mentally unstable.
Psychiatric diagnosis of mental disorders can be a fraud, especially when it involves Targeted Individuals. There are no chemical tests, no laboratory tests, no definitive blood, saliva, hair, brain, or genetic tests - that define mental illness. No brain scan. No MRI. No CAT scan that can define mental illness.
It is not objective.
It is not repeatable.
It is not scientific.
It is fraud.

If no abnormality of the body can be found, no disease or illness can be known to exist. Unproved theories about etiology, pathology and prognosis are pure speculation. This is why so many doctors are opposed to psychiatry and its labeling of mental diseases, according to the DSM. If the disease cannot be detected using objective, scientific means – then it cannot be proven to exist.

Do not consent to emergency “gall bladder surgery.” This has happened to many TI’s. Get a second and third opinion. We have evidence that this is when implants are placed in your body. See our medical form, in prior newsletters, that warns doctors against placing implants.
